The seat system includes a passenger seat frame (i) a plurality of spreader bars and (ii) a plurality of laterally extending spar tubes connecting the plurality of spreader bars to one another and at least one canted leg assembly connected to the seat frame for attachment to fixed, spaced apart attachment points on a supporting surface of the passenger aircraft. The canted leg assembly includes: (i) a front leg portion including a front joint clamp for receiving one of the plurality of laterally extending spar tubes in a non-perpendicular attachment point; and (ii) an aft leg portion including an aft joint clamp for receiving another one of the plurality of laterally extending spar tubes in a non-perpendicular attachment point, whereby the seat system is adapted to be laterally positioned and attached to provide different spaced apart passenger seating configurations. A seat back tray table may be attached to the back of the passenger seat frame.

For this purpose, a passenger seat group has a supporting frame which is provided with seat legs for fastening to the aircraft floor. At least one first fixedly secured seat having in each case a seat part and in each case a backrest and a further seat which is movable in the transverse direction and has a seat part and a backrest is provided on the supporting frame. The further seat is connected to the supporting frame via a folding device, and the folding device is configured to realize a change in width of the further seat in relation to the seat legs of the supporting frame.

A ventilated seat assembly with active air circulation including a structural frame element, a cushion assembly supported by the structural frame element, a perforated dress cover, a conduit network embedded in the cushion assembly configured to direct air to at least one target region of the cushion assembly, an air mover coupled in fluid communication with the conduit network, and a controller operable for activating the air mover to cause air to flow through the conduit network to the at least one target region. In operation, the controller activates the air mover to flow air, such as unconditioned air, through the conduit network to be released through the dress cover in the at least one target region.
