Components for Enhancement of a Low Profile Crew Attendant Seat
A crew attendant seat assembly configured to be installed in an aircraft cabin and including a seat including a seat bottom hinged to a seatback to rotate between a stowed position and a deployed position, a spring member mountable to a static structure adjacent the and to an adjustable aperture on the hinge, the spring having two mounting positions, a harness mounted to the seat for restraining a seated passenger including a shoulder strap and a lap belt, and a storage area for retaining at least one of the lap belt and the buckle when the seat bottom is stowed, wherein at least one of the lap belt and the buckle are enclosed by the crew attendant seat assembly when the seat bottom is stowed.
COLLAPSIBLE BACKREST
A collapsible backrest may include a cover and a back panel retained within a first compartment of the cover. A base panel flexibly coupled to the back panel and retained within a second compartment of the cover with the central panel and the base panel defining a notch. A central panel may be flexibly coupled to the base panel and retained within a third compartment of the cover. An end panel may also be flexibly coupled to the central panel and retained within a fourth compartment of the cover. The central panel and the end panel define a cavity. The base panel, the central panel, and the end panel form a triangular support structure in a deployed position. The base panel, the central panel, and the end panel may also be arranged end-to-end and substantially parallel to the back panel in a stowed position.

Components for enhancement of a low profile crew attendant seat
A crew attendant seat (CAS) positioned within a wall of an aircraft cabin includes a frame defining a periphery of the CAS. A seat portion is positioned within the frame that includes a seat bottom connected to a seatback by a hinge mechanism in which the seat bottom rotates between stowed and deployed positions. A spring member is mounted at one end to the frame and at another end to an aperture on the hinge mechanism, which causes the seat bottom to move to the stowed or deployed position based on relative positioning between the aperture and pivot points for the spring member and hinge mechanism. A harness includes at least one shoulder strap and lap belt coupled together by a buckle. A storage area retains the lap belt and the buckle within the frame when the seat bottom is in the stowed position.
Partition wall for a vehicle cabin, a monument arrangement in a cabin of a transportation means, and a transportation means with a cabin along with at least one such partition wall arranged therein
A partition wall for integration into the vehicle cabin of a transportation means comprises a first surface and a second surface, which are arranged parallel to each other. The first surface comprises at least one recess, which may be filled with an at least regionally flat body designed correspondingly thereto, wherein the body is pivoted to the body by means of a swivelling means and may be brought into a stowed position and use position. The body fills out the accompanying recess when in its stowed position. This yields a multifunctional partition wall that may tangibly increase the comfort and available space on board the transportation means without taking up additional installation space.
Aircraft bulkhead-mounted pilot seat with horizontal and vertical adjustment
A bulkhead-mounted aircraft seat assembly configured for independent vertical and horizontal adjustment includes an aircraft seat (seatback and seat frame/cushion) for supporting a pilot, passenger, or other occupant. Parallel rails attach to the bulkhead and extend along the bulkhead (vertically or near vertically) with opposing slots set into each rail. A sled translates along the rails via paired sliding members set into the slots, each pair of sliding members connected to an axle extending through the sled. A four-bar linkage attached to the sled and to the aircraft seat; the four-bar linkage extends from a default position to allow the aircraft seat to translate along a horizontal linear rail under the seat while maintaining a stable vertical reference point above the cabin floor. The seat is independently configured for substantially vertical adjustment via a metering plate attached to the bulkhead.
PASSENGER SEAT ARRANGEMENT, PASSENGER SEAT SYSTEM AND AIRCRAFT CABIN REGION HAVING A PASSENGER SEAT ARRANGEMENT
A passenger seat arrangement for installation in an aircraft comprises at least one seating unit comprising a backrest element and a seat element pivotable relative to the backrest element between a resting position and a position of use. The passenger seat arrangement also has a support frame which bears against the at least one seating unit and which is able to be connected in a load-bearing manner to a structure of the aircraft. The support frame has at least one mechanical interface which, in each case, is assigned to a seating unit and is designed to fasten different mutually exchangeable modular units in a releasable and load-transmitting manner to the support frame.
STOWABLE SEAT WITH PIVOTING SEAT PAN FOR ADVANCED COMFORT
A stowable seat is provided. The stowable seat may comprise a housing and a first track coupled to the housing. A backrest may be slidably coupled to the first track. A seat pan may be rotatable relative to the backrest. A second track may be in operable communication with the seat pan. An angle between the seat pan and the second track may increase as the seat pan translates away from the housing.
Module for an aircraft cabin with a seat fastened to a door
A module for an aircraft cabin and an aircraft with a passenger cabin and such a module where the module includes a door to open the module, and a seat that is fastened to the door. The seat can be a vehicle attendant seat, and the module can be a lavatory. The rear side of the module can nestle against the pressure bulkhead in the tail of the aircraft. The module can include another module directly adjacent to its side, e.g., a galley module.
Seat extension apparatus, cabin dividing element and aircraft cabin
A seat extension apparatus for a cabin dividing element, in particular of an aircraft cabin, the seat extension apparatus comprising at least an extension device having a mounting side and a bed surface side, wherein the extension device is movable between a vertical stowed position and a horizontal use position, and a support structure coupled to the extension device to pivotably support the extension device, wherein the support structure comprises at least one pivotable strut element having at least one end pivotably coupled to the mounting side of the extension device and at least one free end.
