A tennis training aid includes a glove and a wrist brace. An attachment mechanism extends between the back side of the glove and the wrist brace. The attachment mechanism has a first piece releasably connected to second piece so as to secure the glove, and thus the hand, at a desired angle relative to the wrist brace, and thus the wrist. The attachment mechanism preferably has an adjustable length so as to select the desired angle. Preferably, the attachment mechanism is a strap clip. The tennis training aid can also include both right-handed and left-handed gloves so as to accommodate for users having different dominant hands and allowing for use of the training device for the serve toss and the forehand and backhand strokes.

Certain embodiments of the present disclosure describe a paddle that may be used for racquet sports. The paddle includes a handle and a blade portion. The blade portion includes a core layer that is formed from at least two different materials. The density, rigidity, and location of the materials used to form the core layer may be altered to provide the paddle with desired playing characteristics.

Certain embodiments of the present disclosure describe a pickleball paddle. A hollow interior structure is formed between front and rear shells of the paddle and reinforced with internal ribs.

A pickleball ball is provided for increasing durability, improving performance, and/or reducing the loudness and/or frequency of sound generated when said ball strikes a paddle. The ball being a hollow ball comprised of a spherical shell defining a hollow cavity. The ball is made of a graphene-infused polymer material and the shell defines a plurality of holes distributed around the surface of the ball.

A multifunctional pick racket and a use method thereof. The multifunctional pick racket comprises a frame component, a first magnetic part arranged on the frame component, a handle fixedly connected with the frame component, and a panel component made of a light-transmitting material. A pickleball racket is provided. The pickleball racket includes a racket handle and a racket body. An end of a racket handle connected to a racket body is provided with at least two first wavy concave-convex structures, which is more conducive to grip and provides good stability, while also provides a shock absorption effect and helps to reduce the impact on a wrist and an arm when swinging the pickleball racket. The racket body is provided with second wavy concave-convex structures corresponding to the first wavy concave-convex structures, which can make the connection between the racket handle and the racket body more stable, while also enhances the structural strength of the pickleball racket. A pickleball paddle skin template having a thin removable layer of material that is removably secured to the exterior face of a pickleball paddle. The pickleball paddle skin template includes materials and structural features that create enhanced spin when striking a pickleball that increase pickleball paddle longevity and allow players to change the color of their planar striking surface without having to buy a new pickleball paddle. The pickleball paddle skin template also includes a non-abrasive option. The pickleball paddle skin template is also a one-size-fits-most and is also cut-to-size for different pickleball paddles. The pickleball paddle skin template is replaceable and has pre-printed patterns in the shapes of multiple paddle designs that are cut out to the desired paddle shape. A sports line kit includes a plurality of tape lines, including longer lines that provide sidelines, medium length lines that provide baselines and kitchen lines, and shorter lines that provide service lines.
