BLIND FASTENERS
A blind fastener is disclosed having a bolt part, a sleeve part, and a tubular insulating sheath. The bolt part is at least partially received within the sleeve part. A first end of the sheath is retained on the bolt part such that relative axial movement between the first end of the sheath and the bolt part is substantially prevented. The blind fastener is movable between: a pre-installation configuration in which the sleeve part has a first axial position relative to the bolt part and a predetermined section of the sheath is adjacent an outer surface of the sleeve part; and a post-installation configuration in which the sleeve part has a second, different axial position relative to the bolt part and the predetermined section of the sheath is adjacent an inner surface of the sleeve part.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR STORING, TRANSPORTING, AND USING HYDROGEN
The present disclosure provides systems and methods for storing, transporting, and using hydrogen. In some embodiments, the method may comprise (a) storing hydrogen fuel in one or more fuel storage modules; (b) transporting the one or more fuel storage modules to a vehicle fueling site, wherein one or more hydrogen fuel compatible vehicles are located at or near the vehicle fueling site; (c) loading the one or more fuel storage modules into the one or more hydrogen fuel compatible vehicles, wherein the one or more fuel storage modules are configured to be releasably coupled to the one or more hydrogen fuel compatible vehicles; and (d) decoupling the one or more fuel storage modules from the one or more hydrogen fuel compatible vehicles after the one or more fuel storage modules are depleted or partially depleted.

Self-Healing Containment Gels for Aircraft Fuel Cells
A fuel cell containing fuel for an aircraft includes an innermost layer configured to contact the fuel, an outermost layer and a containment gel formed from isocyanate and polyol interposed between the innermost and outermost layers. The containment gel is configured to self-seal a ballistically formed hole therein, thereby reducing leakage of the fuel from the fuel cell.
POTTING SEALANT COMPOUND FOR A PROTECTIVE LINING OF A PART, IN PARTICULAR AN AIRCRAFT PART, AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
A protective lining which includes a self-curing potting sealant compound. The lining can be used for an aircraft part, such as a tank wall liner which can be manufactured in-situ by casting the sealant into a prepared mold that is formed at least at the bottom side by the part to be protected by the tank wall liner. Specifically, for fuel tanks, the bottom portion forms the bottom side of the mold, whereas the ribs and stringers form a circumferential wall of the mold that prevents flowing of the potting sealant compound into neighboring molds.

Method of increasing fuel capacity and kit for same
A method of increasing fuel capacity of a fuel tank. The method includes creating a new filling port in the fuel tank, wherein the new filling port is vertically higher than the original filling port, sealing the original filling port, and installing an expansion tank above a top of the fuel tank, wherein the expansion tank is configured to permit expansion of fuel in the fuel tank beyond a maximum fill level of the fuel tank.
