APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING TERRAIN INFORMATION ON GREEN AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING TERRAIN INFORMATION ON GREEN
Proposed herein are an apparatus for providing terrain information on a green and a method for providing terrain information on a green. According to one embodiment, there is proposed an apparatus for providing terrain information on a green, the apparatus including: a simulation processor configured to display a virtual golf course image regarding a green, a hole cup on the green, and a first ball; and a guide processor configured to display a guide path between the hole cup and the first ball to provide terrain information on the green.
GOLF CLUB HEAD WITH HOSEL HOLE COVER
A golf club head with a hosel hole cover that helps improve the performance of the golf club head is disclosed. More specifically, the present invention relates to a golf club head having a hosel hole cover at a bottom portion of an interchangeable connection system that not only provides improved performance of the golf club head by strategically utilizing an existing opening to adjust the weighting of a golf club head, but it also improves the aerodynamics of the golf club head by eliminating undesirable recesses that could be detrimental to the aerodynamics of a golf club head.
System for holding and drying tennis and other balls, and dog toy
A ball, sphere or article holding system includes a first hollow semi-hemisphere or shell formed of a resilient material and having therein a plurality of apertures, the semi-hemisphere or shell including a first hinge element and, diametrically opposed, a first selectable closure element. The system also includes a second hollow semi-hemisphere or shell formed of a resilient material and also having a plurality of apertures, the second semi-hemisphere or shell including a second hinge element which is complementally proportioned, disposed and engagable relative to the first hinge element. Diametrically opposed therefrom is a second closure element which is complementally and press or snap-fittably engagable by the opposing closure element of the first semi-hemisphere or shell. Closure between the responsive closure elements may be enhanced by the use of a ring slip-fittably passing between complementally disposed apertures within and between the closure elements. The surface of an article held within the system is offset from interior surfaces of the semi-hemispheres or shells by nubs, stubs of the like. Articles held within the sphere may include bells and treats for pets.
Synthetic turf with integrated impact sensors
Presented is an apparatus and system for an artificial turf system. The artificial turf system includes a backing layer having a plurality of fibers extending therefrom. The artificial turf system further includes a plurality of impact sensors located at least partially on, in, and/or beneath the backing layer, wherein the plurality of impact sensors are operable to detect a force or pressure applied to the backing layer.
Golf club head with sliding weight and cover
A golf club head includes: a head body that includes a cavity; a weight that is detachably attached to the cavity; and a cover that is openably and closably attached to the head body and that covers at least a part of the cavity when the cover is in a closed state. The weight is attached to the cavity in a state where the weight is slidingly movable in the cavity. In the closed state, the cover applies a pressing force to the weight. The weight may be fixed to the cavity by a static frictional force increased by the pressing force. The cavity may form a slide groove.
Hands free golf ball washer
A golf ball washer that is configured to be located on a golf course wherein the present invention allows a golfer to clean their golf ball without engaging the present invention with their hands. The golf ball washer of the present invention includes a support frame having a support pole member and a base member. The support pole member has a housing secured thereto distal to the base member. The housing is cylindrical in shape and has a hollow interior and further has a first end and a second end. A movement member is rotatably mounted within the interior volume of the housing and is configured to traverse a golf ball through the housing. A drive assembly is secured to the housing and movement member so as to provide rotational movement of the movement member. A foot pedal and drive cable are operably coupled to the drive assembly.
GOLF CLUB HEAD HAVING A MAGNETIC ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTING SYSTEM
A golf club head includes a club body having a crown opposite a sole, a toe end opposite a heel end, a back end, and a hosel. A first magnet is coupled to the club body. A second magnet selectively engages the first magnet, such that in a first configuration the first and second magnets attract, and in a second configuration the first and second magnets do not attract, wherein the second magnet is configured to rotate relative to the first magnet between the first configuration and the second configuration.
GOLF SYSTEM
A golf system includes a plurality of striking areas, each striking areas being associated with a respective set of targets. The golf system includes at least one sensing device for sensing one or more parameters regarding the travel of a physical golf ball. A processor is configured to: access a database including golf hole data, the golf hole data defining relative positions of a tee-off location and a pin location for a virtual golf hole; based on the one or more parameters regarding the travel of the physical golf ball, update a virtual location of a virtual golf ball; generate signals to provide an indication of which of the plurality of striking areas or corresponding set of targets a next shot is to be struck from or to; and generate signals to provide an indication of which target in a set of targets represents a direction of the pin location.
Glove
A glove including a dorsal panel having a finger region. The dorsal panel includes an array of four finger regions and each finger region having at least two weights coupled thereto in a longitudinally spaced relationship to each other. The dorsal panel includes a thumb region spaced and orientated away from the finger region. The thumb region includes a weight coupled thereto. The glove includes a weight coupled to the finger region of the dorsal panel. The weight includes a sealed pocket having heavy grains. The weight is not selectably removable. The glove includes a palmar panel coupled to the dorsal panel and thereby forming a cavity therebetween. The palmar panel includes a slick surface.
DIRECTION CONTROL TRAINING DEVICE FOR THE PHYSICAL AND VISUAL TRAINING OF ATHLETIC MOVEMENT
A device for training athletes with direction control, the training device having modular sections connected by a common elastic material, such as an elastic cord, the modular sections being capable of being connected to form a rectangular configuration and disconnected for storage, the device when connected providing a physical and visual guide for the user on any chosen surface. The modular sections can be tubular sections having ninety-degree connectors to form a rectangular configuration, the modular sections and connectors capable of being various sizes, shapes, lengths and widths to form a rectangular configuration when interconnected. The various modular sections and/or connectors can be configured with an elastic cord, hinges or have one or more modular section that are telescopic in nature, which make the device capable to be quickly and easily reduced or enlarged in the size of the device while keeping each component of the device fully connected and in proper order.
