Apparatus and method for repetitive training of golf swing
An apparatus and method for repetitively training a golf swing is disclosed. In some embodiments of the present apparatus, foot placement guides are provided to align a golfer's stance relative to a golf ball on a tee. Motion and other data capture create a swing profile for the golfer's swing, which is compared to the swing of a golf Pro, thus giving swing feedback to the golfer. The apparatus automatically resets the ball position after the swing, allowing the golfer to repeat the swing based on the received feedback while isolating other variables (such as inaccurate resetting of foot position).
Headset with motion sensor
A headset including a speaker, a motion sensor, a transceiver, and a processor is provided. The speaker plays audio data. The motion sensor senses a posture of a user to generate first sensing data. The transceiver performs data transmission with an external device. The processor is coupled to the motion sensor and the transceiver. The processor determines whether the posture is correct according to the first sensing data to generate an output result and transmits the output result through the transceiver.
Core Strengthening Assembly
A core strengthening assembly for performing core strengthening exercises includes a ball that may be positioned on a support surface. A harness is positioned around the ball and the ball rotates freely in the harness. A pair of pedals is each removably coupled to the harness. Each of the pedals may have one of a user's feet positioned thereon. In this way the user's feet are spaced from the support surface when the user performs core strengthening exercises.
HAND CONTROL DEVICE FOR SWIMMERS
A hand control device for swimmers is presented. The device has a main body with two holes in a side-by-side configuration. The first one of the two holes is configured for a third digit of a person's hand while the second one of the two holes is configured for a fourth digit of the person's hand. The inside surface of each hole comprises a plurality of grooves that run depthwise thereby providing wet traction while impacting minimum direct pressure on the nerves, vessels and tendons. The outside surface of the device may also include ridges to provide pass through for water.

Teaching device for improving scooping technique for ground balls in lacrosse
A lacrosse teaching device includes a body, a ball receptacle, and a valve. The body includes a first leg, a second leg, and an archway interconnecting the first and second legs. The body defines a tunnel and the archway defines an opening. A ball receptacle defines a cavity and an opening. The cavity is dimensioned to hold at least one lacrosse ball. The ball receptacle communicates with the opening in the archway such that a lacrosse ball can travel from the cavity of the ball receptacle through the opening in the archway and into the tunnel. The valve is positioned between the cavity of the ball receptacle and the opening in the archway and is actuable to control movement of the at least one lacrosse ball from the cavity of the ball receptacle into the opening in the archway.
POSTURE COACHING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR WEIGHT TRAINING BY MOTION PATTERN
Disclosed is a posture coaching method for weight training, which includes sensing an exercising motion of a user by a sensor module that is attached to a part of the body of the user or exercise equipment gripped by the user for exercising; calculating an inherent angle of the sensor module and a linear acceleration of each axis of a user-based coordinate system based on the user by using the sensed value; analyzing an exercising posture of the user by detecting and classifying a pattern of the linear acceleration and the inherent angle; and generating exercising posture correction data based on the classified pattern.
Cloth back support apparatus and methods of use
A back support apparatus which includes a length of cloth consisting of a tail, body and buckle; the tail and buckle join to form a loop inside which a user sits. The apparatus and method of use stabilize a user in a seated position. The method of use is as follows: the cloth is wrapped around the users back and knees while in a seated, crossed leg position, and the tail threaded through the buckle and cinched tight in front of the users body. The apparatus is adjusted by pulling the tail further through the buckle, increasing support, or pulling the buckle away from the user's body, releasing tension.
Wall mounted exercise rack system
A retractable wall mounted exercise rack system for providing an exercise rack that may be easily and compactly stored when not in use. The retractable wall mounted exercise rack system generally includes one or more brackets attached to a wall, a pair of support members, and a plurality of arms pivotally extending from the brackets and pivotally connecting to the support members. One or more actuators are connected between the brackets and the arms to assist in lifting the structure into a compact retracted position for storage.
