Method of preparing hydrogen-enriched water and method of filling flexible pouches with hydrogen-enriched water
A process of producing hydrogen water includes the steps of: cooling water to a temperature where hydrogens atoms of the water molecule expand a space between the hydrogen atoms and contacting the cooled water with hydrogen gas wherein hydrogen atoms of the hydrogen gas are positioned in the space of the expanded hydrogen atoms of the water molecule and then heating the water trapping the hydrogen atoms of the hydrogen gas in the space wherein the hydrogen water has a hydrogen content of from 3 to 10 parts per million. The hydrogen water may be filled into pouches with hydrogen water in the pouch having a hydrogen content of from 1.7 to 4 parts per million.
DEVICE FOR STORING AND DISCHARGING LIQUID
Disclosed is a content discharging device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The content discharging device includes a flexible pouch having an opening at one side thereof, a fixing ring coupled to the opening, and a discharging portion coupled to the fixing ring and capable of conveying content. The flexible pouch is inserted into a rigid container with a shape, and the discharging portion is coupled to the opening of the rigid container. The content discharging device according to the present disclosure provides the effect of allowing consumption of content completely without remainder even when the liquid with high viscosity is filled in the rigid container, and the effects, in which the pouch with the elasticity is deformed in conformity with a shape having the rigid container and the content can be contained therein when the content have been contained in the pouch in the case of providing the pouch with the elasticity capable of being inserted into the rigid container, and that can discharge the content into the outside of the container by a restoring force according to the elasticity.
Method And System For Producing Sterile Solution Product Bags
A method for producing sterile solution product bags includes positioning a manifold assembly onto a filling machine. The manifold assembly includes a plurality of bags, a first filter, and a connection line in fluid communication with the first filter. Each of the plurality of bags includes a bladder and a stem in fluid communication with the bladder and with the connection line. The method includes activating a pump and at least partially filling one or more of the bladders by pumping fluid through the feed line, the first filter, and the connection line. The method includes sealing the stem of each of the filled product bags at a location between the connection line and the bladder, thereby creating one or more at least partially filled and sealed product bags. The method includes separating each of the at least partially filled and sealed product bags from the connection line.
Fillable 3D flexible pouch for biopharmaceutical fluids, and method for producing such a pouch
The invention relates to a 3D flexible pouch to be filled with a biopharmaceutical product, produced by assembling two wall elements and two gussets. At least one connection port can be provided for filling and/or emptying. A substantially parallelepipedic configuration is obtained in a filled state by unfolding the gussets and folding the flaps of the two wall elements. A welded seam is produced in a join portion formed at one end and cut out in a V shape, so as to directly connect the two wall elements. In a substantially flat configuration of the empty flexible pouch, the join portion projects axially outwards in relation to the gussets and is defined by two edges which are oblique in relation to a longitudinal axis of said pouch.
Machine and method for making liquid and/or semi-liquid food products
A method for making liquid and/or semi-liquid food products from liquid and/or semi-liquid base products comprising the steps of: preparing a container for supplying the base products, a container for processing the base products and a duct connecting the supplying container to the processing container and having at least one deformable portion; transferring the liquid base products through the connecting duct from the supplying container to the processing container; measuring a deformation value of said deformable portion of said connecting duct; controlling said supplying of the liquid base products through said connecting duct, from the supplying container to the processing container as a function of the measured value of deformation of the portion of the connecting duct.
Dispensing apparatus for aging and storing wine in flexible containers
A system is provided for dispensing and storing liquid, such as wine. The system may include a dip tube coupled to a flexible bladder in an airtight manner. The dip tube may include a dip tube head and a perforated dip tube extension extending from the dip tube head into the contents of the flexible bladder.
SPOUTED POUCH ADAPTED TO BE FILLED WITH A FLOWABLE PRODUCT AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION THEREOF
In combination a spouted pouch to be filled with a flowable product by a filling machine, a plug, and a cap. The interference fit plug is releasably mounted over the top end of the neck of the spout body and hermetically seals the product passage of the spout body. The plug is adapted to be removed by the filling machine and to be replaced by pressing the plug onto the neck after filling of the pouch. The plug removal, filling, and replacing of the plug are preferably performed in an aseptic environment. The cap is after the filling of the pouch and the replacing of the plug onto the neck. The capping is preferably performed by a capping machine in a non-aseptic environment.
Aseptic Screw-Cap Assembly
Disclosed herein is a fluid transfer assembly for dispensing flowable material from a container, the fluid transfer assembly having a spout, a screw cap body, and an aseptic plug, wherein the aseptic plug is configured to form an aseptic seal with the screw cap body.
Method and facility for refilling a container with a liquid
A method of assisting in refilling a container (11) with liquid, the container comprising a flexible pouch that is refillable with liquid, outer packaging (15) for the pouch, and a valve (16) for opening/closing the pouch, said pouch being a compressible pouch that can be shrunk inside the outer packaging (15) under the action of pressure exerted on the outside surface of the pouch, and said valve (16) comprising a valve body (17) provided with an orifice (18) and a shutter for the orifice (18) mounted to move inside the valve body (17) between an open position and a closed position for the orifice (18) so as to enable the pouch to be emptied when the pouch is in the compressed state and the orifice (18) of the valve (16) is open.
In order to refill the pouch subsequently with liquid, said method comprises a step of opening the orifice (18) of the valve (16), and a step of inflating the pouch by blowing gas into the inside of the pouch via the orifice (18) of the valve (16) in the open position.
