AUTO-PACKING APPARATUS FOR POUCH
The invention is an auto-packing apparatus for pouch, and comprises: a pouch conveyor 20, a slot magazine 50, a pickup means 60 to pick up the moving pouches 1 on the pouch conveyor 20 and insert them into the slots 51 of the slot magazine 50, a pouch retainer 100 to retain the pouches 1 dropping from the slot magazine 50, a moving means 130 to move one 80 of the side walls 70,80 of the pouch retainer 100 and an opening means 91 to open and close the lower part of the pouch retainer 100 and a controller 180.
BOXING APPARATUS
Provided is a boxing apparatus that may repeatedly push products packaged in a soft packaging material into a box through a lateral opening and to pack the products in a plurality of rows, wherein product-filled rate may be easily enhanced without damaging the products. A boxing apparatus 10 may pack a plurality of rows of bagged products into a box. The boxing apparatus may be provided with a push-in mechanism 50, a shutter, a vertical movement mechanism, and a controller 41. The push-in mechanism may push the products into the box through a lateral opening in the box. The shutter may enter and exit the box through the opening. The vertical movement mechanism may move the box and the shutter up and down relative to each other.
Apparatus and method of packaging loose product
An apparatus for packaging of loose product includes a loading station, a box forming station and an uploading station. The loading station includes moveable chutes in spaced apart relation. Each chute has an open top, an open upstream end, and an open downstream end. The open top is configured to receive loose product while moving along a first feed path. The box forming station is operable to partially erect boxes in spaced apart relation with first and second open sides and align the first open side of each box with the downstream end of a corresponding chute while moving along a second feed path. The unloading station includes a stationary vacuum head in communication with the second open side of each box. The vacuum head provides a continuous vacuum source along the second feed path operable to move loose product from the chute into the boxes.
Apparatus and method relating to flow wrapping
A flow wrapping apparatus displaces a number of packs from a first location where the packs are self-standing on their lower region to a second location where the packs are on edge to form a substantially horizontal stack. The apparatus includes first and second conveyors with a number of individually displaceable hands. The hands of the first conveyor displace packs from a first location where the packs are self-standing on their lower region to a second location where the packs are on edge. At least one of the hands of the second conveyor cooperates with at least one of the hands of the first conveyor to hold packs on their edge to form a substantially horizontal stack. A pair of individually displaceable hands of the second conveyor displace the stack towards a flow wrapping station.
METHOD OF PACKING ARTICLES INTO A PACKING BOX, AND CORRESPONDING PACKING DEVICE
Disclosed is a method of and device for packing articles into a packing box for a flow of articles in a first direction and a flow of packing boxes in a parallel second direction. The packing boxes are put in a slanted position so the bottom of each packing box is slanted to a horizontal plane. Articles are gripped from the flow of articles and placed into the packing box so the articles are placed in a vertical orientation into the packing box, providing a row against the bottom and a first side wall that is lower with respect to the other side walls. At least one article is collected and provided into a holder, and placed from the holder in vertical orientation into the packing box, completing the row of articles in the packing box between the first and second side walls of the packing box.
BOXING SYSTEM
A boxing system includes a first conveyor and a second conveyor that convey packages at predetermined intervals, a robot that simultaneously holds and transports a package group, and a control device. The control device controls the robot to cause it to accumulate the package groups in a boxing area. The control device generates a first command causing the package group to be directly transported from the conveyance area to the boxing area. The control device also generates a second command causing transporting of the package group from the conveyance area to a temporary placement area different from the boxing area. A third command generated by the control device causes transporting of the package group from the temporary placement area to the boxing area. The control device causes the robot to execute the first command, the second command, and the third command to accumulate the package groups in the boxing area.
Apparatus and methods for loading product into cases
Product can be conveyed on a divider conveyor (16) in the same orientation or perpendicular to the orientation as when transferred from an input conveyor (12) as well as at different locations in the pack pattern to be cased by moving the divider conveyor (16) perpendicular to the conveying direction and/or by varying the conveying speed of the divider conveyor (16). The divider conveyor (16) transfers product onto an upper containment plate (40) moveable to an inoperative position to transfer product to a lower containment plate (36) moveable to an inoperative position to transfer product to a table (28). Product can be compressed between the table (28) and the upper containment plate (40) and can be pushed by a loader plate (32) into a case when the table (28) is in its lower position.
System and method for forming and moving an article array
A system for forming and moving an article array including a consolidation area having a support surface for receiving and arranging rows of articles to form an article array from an article row delivery device while the consolidation area continuously stabilizingly supports the periphery of the article rows positioned on the support surface as the article rows are arranged to form the article array.
