SNACK BAG WITH INTEGRATED POCKET AND METHOD
An integrated cleansing wipe system for use with packaged items including a first-bag-body having a front-panel; a rear-panel; and an inner-volume; a second-bag-body including a proximate-panel; a tab-panel; and an interior-volume; and a cleansing wipe; wherein the package assembly is the first-bag-body and the second-bag-body in integral and functional combination; wherein the first-bag-body is defined by the front-panel and the rear-panel in a sealed relationship such that at least one food item is able to be sealingly stored in the inner-volume prior to be opened for consumption of the at least one food item stored therein. The interior-volume of the second-bag-body is defined by the proximate-panel being sealingly adjacent against the front-panel to removably contain the cleansing wipe. The tab-panel is able to be pulled to access the cleansing wipe for a user to clean hands after consumption of the at least one food item.
VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE AND PACKAGING METHOD THEREOF
A vacuum packaging machine and a packaging method thereof are disclosed. The vacuum packaging machine includes a support structure. An automatic bag feeding structure, an evacuating structure, a heat-sealing structure, and a driving structure are provided on the support structure. The evacuating structure includes a first vacuum compartment movably connected to the support structure and a second vacuum compartment arranged beside the first vacuum compartment. The heat-sealing structure is arranged between the automatic bag feeding structure and the evacuating structure. As such, a user places an opening of a packaging bag on the automatic bag feeding structure that automatically drives the packaging bag into the machine. The driving structure then drives the heat-sealing structure and the evacuating structure to operate for evacuation and heat sealing applied to the packaging bag. Finally, the automatic bag feeding structure removes the packaging bag out of the machine.
Article accumulation and article group formation
An article processing station is characterized by an accumulating article shaft and robotic EOAT receiving articles entering the shaft. The shaft includes a grouped article receiving deck within an egress portion of the shaft, opposingly paired sidewalls, and an end wall downstream of the sidewalls. The deck includes spaced apart deck fingers, the end wall includes spaced apart wall fingers, and the EOAT includes spaced apart tool fingers. The tool fingers are registerable in relation to spaces of the spaced apart wall fingers and the spaced apart deck fingers so as to pass there through. The tool travels to, through and from the shaft, so as to receive articles entering the ingress portion of the shaft while traveling from the ingress portion towards the egress portion in furtherance of depositing an article group upon the deck during travel from the shaft.
Apparatus and method for packaging sachets
Packaging apparatus of sachets comprising a primary packaging unit, a secondary packaging unit, and a transfer unit interposed between the primary and the secondary packaging units in order to transfer the sachets between the primary and secondary packaging units, wherein the transfer unit comprises at least three transfer drawers disposed one after the other, selectively movable independently along a closed-ring path between a reception station and a delivery station and vice versa, each of the transfer drawers being configured to contain a first number of sachets and the transfer unit comprising a removal member associated with the delivery station and configured to remove from one or more of the transfer drawers a second number of sachets and to supply them to the secondary packaging unit. The present invention also concerns a method for packaging sachets.
BOX PACKING APPARATUS
A box packing apparatus has an accumulating mechanism, a detection unit, and a packing mechanism. The accumulating mechanism is configured to accumulate a plurality of articles to create an article group. The detection unit is configured to detect a posture of the article group. The packing mechanism is configured to pack the article group into a packing box based on a detection result of the detection unit.
