Method of feeding electronic components and electronic component feeder
A method and an apparatus for feeding electronic components are capable of increasing a rate of filling accommodation holes with electronic components. An accommodation plate including accommodation holes, respective openings of which are distributed over a main surface of the accommodation plate, is prepared, and electronic components are loaded onto the main surface of the accommodation plate. A horizontal vibration in an X-axis direction and/or a Y-axis direction and a vertical vibration in a Z-axis direction are applied to the accommodation plate with the main surface of the accommodation plate level. The horizontal and vertical vibrations have an equal number of vibrations and a prescribed phase difference therebetween. The accommodation plate is vibrated so that each of the electronic components is fed into one of the accommodation holes while moving over the main surface of the accommodation plate.

METHOD FOR THE STOWING OF A SET CONSISTING OF MULTIPLE ELEMENTS IN AN OVERPACK AND SET CONSISTING OF MULTIPLE ELEMENTS FOR STOWING IN AN OVERPACK
A method for stowing a set consisting of multiple elements in an overpack as well as a set consisting of multiple elements for stowing in an overpack, in which all the elements of the set are arranged in a common overpack in a predetermined sequence and in a predetermined orientation to each other, and a base surface of the overpack corresponds to a base surface of an EUR pallet.
ROBOTIC KITTING SYSTEM
A kitting system is disclosed. In various embodiments, the kitting system includes a conveyance structure configured to impart to an item a first net resultant force substantially in a first direction, wherein the first direction is associated with a direction of flow from a source end of the conveyance structure to a destination end opposite the source end and associated with a pick-up zone from which the item is to be retrieved; a sensor configured to provide a sensor output associated with the pick-up zone; and a processor configured to provide a control input to one or both of the conveyance structure and a disrupter device associated with the conveyance structure based at least in part on the sensor output.

KITTING MACHINE
A kitting machine is disclosed. In various embodiments, the machine includes an actuator configured to move a surface or receptacle to a position associated with item retrieval; and a controller configured to control operation of the actuator to position an item in the position associated with item retrieval, in a manner that is synchronized at least in part with operation of a robotic retrieval device configured to retrieve the item from the position associated with item retrieval.
