A WELDING HEAD
A welding head comprises a welding element (51) for welding a lid (1) to an opening device of a container (10). The welding head (43) further comprises a 5 compensating device (62) operable for compensating a misalignment between the welding element (51) and the lid (1), thereby centering the welding element (51) relative to the lid (1).
Automatic Filling System
An automatic filling system is for filling a filling material into a filling container. The automatic filling system includes abase, a transport unit having multiple transport seats disposed along a looped transport route, an input unit for transferring the filling container to one of the transport seats, an inverting unit for inverting the filling container, a fill unit for filling the filling material into the filling container, a stopper placement unit for placement of a stopper, a cap placement unit for placement of a cap, a locking unit for locking the cap, a detecting unit for weight measurement, a defect removing unit, and an output unit for transferring the filling container out of the transport unit.
METHOD FOR SECURING A STOPPER ON A CONTAINER, SECURING STATION FOR SECURING A CONTAINER CLOSED BY A STOPPER
A method for securing a stopper on a container using a closure cover with the aid of a securing station, in which, during the securing, carries out measurements of quantities, in particular movement quantities, about an axis in order to assess the securing operation, and the detected measured values are assessed in order to detect insufficiently secured containers.
METHOD AND MACHINE FOR FILLING AND SEALING BOTTLES, CARTRIDGES, SYRINGES AND THE LIKE
A method for filling and sealing containers such as bottles, cartridges, syringes and the like, wherein the containers are accommodated individually within respective seats of a first nest which in turn is contained in a first transport tub. The method includes the step of supplying the containers; extracting at least one individual container at a time from the first nest and transferring it to a filling station in order to fill the at least one container with a substance; transferring the at least one filled container to a crimp capping station, passing through a separating partition; crimp capping the at least one container at the crimp capping station; and inserting the at least one crimp capped-container in a respective seat of a second nest.
Container for aseptic content
The present invention relates to a container equipped with a closure system particularly adapted for aseptically filled fluid contents. The invention also relates to the use of said container in a method for detecting spoilage of its fluid content.
System comprising containment equipment for the aseptic transfer of a powder
The system comprising containment equipment is intended for the aseptic transfer of a powder, namely for emptying a container filled with powder into a collection container and/or for filling a container with powder from a storage container. The containment equipment has a working chamber surrounded by a housing. A robot is installed in the containment equipment, having an arm arrangement that moves over a pivot range. If there is a collection container it has an inlet leading from the working chamber, and if there is a storage container it has an outlet leading off into the working chamber. The container can be closed at least with a first closure element. A transfer head is mounted at the inlet into the collection container and/or at the outlet of the storage container, each protruding into the working chamber. The passive part forms the double flap together with an active part contained in the transfer head.
METHOD OF PRODUCING AND FILLING A PACKAGING CONTAINER
A method of producing and filling a paperboard packaging container with pulverulent bulk solids includes forming a tubular container body from a paperboard sheet, the body having upper and lower body openings and a container wall extending between the upper and lower body openings and having inner and outer surfaces; closing the upper body opening with a sealing membrane attached to the inner surface; providing an upper reinforcing rim; inserting at least a lower part of the upper reinforcing rim into the tubular container body at the upper body opening; forming a weld seal between the inner surface and the inserted part of the upper reinforcing rim; presenting the body to a filling station with the bottom body opening of the container body directed upward in a vertical direction; filling pulverulent material into the body through the upwardly directed bottom body opening; and closing the bottom body opening.
CONTAINER AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ADDING A PRODUCT TO A CONTAINER
The invention relates to a container having an aperture and a seal assembly, comprising a support member or disc and a seal such as an induction seal. The support disc has projections or cam surfaces which engage with projections or cams provided on the internal surface of the neck. The container may have an intermediate configuration in which the container aperture is temporarily closed by the seal assembly. The seal assembly can be removed to add product, and afterwards, the seal is made more permanent by applying induction energy to the seal and the container adopts a filled configuration containing the product in which the container aperture is sealed. In this configuration, the container may be sealed by the seal assembly (i.e. the support member and the seal) or by the seal alone, the support member having been removed during the sealing process.
Feeding unit for a manufacturing machine and related feeding method
A feeding unit which is configured to feed articles from a pick-up station to a delivery station. The feeding unit comprises: a gripping head provided with at least one gripping means and attached to a shaft. The shaft is configured to translate along the rotation axis between a lowered position, in which the articles are picked up and released by the gripping head, and a raised position, in which the gripping head rotates between the pick-up station and the delivery station. The feeding unit comprises two actuators which are coaxial to the shaft and which are configured to respectively translate the shaft between the lowered position and the raised position along the rotation axis and to rotate the shaft around the rotation axis between the pick-up station and the delivery station.
Container and method and apparatus for adding a product to a container
The invention relates to a container (100) having an aperture (140) and a seal assembly (200), comprising a support member or disc (210) and a seal such as an induction seal (240). The support disc (210) has projections or cam surfaces (230) which engage with projections or cams (160) provided on the internal surface of the neck (120). The container is configured to have an intermediate configuration prior to containing a product, in which the container aperture is temporarily closed by the seal assembly (200). In this configuration, the internal cleanliness of the container is preserved. The seal assembly can be removed to add the product, and afterwards, the seal is made more permanent by applying induction energy to the seal and the container adopts a filled configuration containing the product in which the container aperture is sealed. In this configuration, the container may be sealed by the seal assembly (200) (i.e. the support member (210) and the seal (240) or by the seal (240) alone, the support member having been removed during the sealing process.
