Container with sealable lid
A storage container assembly includes a container and a lid. The lid includes a top lid, a button, a gasket, a gasket pusher, and an arm. The button is moveable in a first axial direction between a projected position in which a top surface of the button is offset from an upper surface of the lid and a depressed position in which the top surface of the button is nearer to the upper surface. The gasket is moveable between a contracted state and an expanded state. The gasket pusher is moveable in a second axial direction, which is transverse to the first axial direction, and pushes the gasket. The arm operatively connects the button with the gasket pusher. Movement of the button from the projected position toward the depressed position results in pivotal movement of the arm and moves the gasket pusher in the second axial direction.
Leak-proof press-fit sealed container
An apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus includes a tray having a base connected to a plurality of sidewalls each of which extends away from the base and terminates at a rim, said tray defining a volume with an opening circumscribed by said rim, said rim comprising a press-fit sealing feature; a ring-shaped lid comprising a complimentary press-fit sealing feature configured to mate with said press-fit sealing feature; a product disposed in said volume wherein said product surface comprises at least one contour; and a flexible film, said flexible film spans said opening and adheres to the at least one contour of the product, and said flexible film is secured to said tray between said press-fit sealing feature of the rim and said complimentary press-fit sealing feature of the ring-shaped lid.
ROBOTIC FILLING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Systems and methods permit filling containers with a product. A filling arm is disposed within a chamber. An optical sensor is configured to sense openings of the containers within the chamber. Locations of the sensed openings are used to guide the filling arm to fill the containers with a product.
System Comprising Containment Equipment for the Aseptic Transfer of a Powder
The system comprising containment equipment is intended for the aseptic transfer of a powder, namely for emptying a container filled with powder into a collection container and/or for filling a container with powder from a storage container. The containment equipment has a working chamber surrounded by a housing. A robot is installed in the containment equipment, having an arm arrangement that moves over a pivot range. If there is a collection container it has an inlet leading from the working chamber, and if there is a storage container it has an outlet leading off into the working chamber. The container can be closed at least with a first closure element. A transfer head is mounted at the inlet into the collection container and/or at the outlet of the storage container, each protruding into the working chamber. The passive part forms the double flap together with an active part contained in the transfer head.
System Comprising Containment Equipment for the Aseptic Transfer of a Powder
The system comprising containment equipment is intended for the aseptic transfer of a powder, namely for emptying a container filled with powder into a collection container and/or for filling a container with powder from a storage container. Pick and place device for an apparatus for filling and closing articles in particular, containers, comprising a robotic arm, a free end of which carries a gripper formed by two claws arranged opposite each other and movable towards and away from each other so as to open and close the gripper. Each claw defines a first jaw configured to form with the first opposite first jaw a first gripper for gripping a closing element designed to be applied onto an article and a second jaw configured to form, with the opposite second jaw a second gripper for gripping the article.
Sealing products for individual wells in multi-well arrays
A heat sealing product suitable for seating one or more individual containers, said heat sealing product comprising: (i) a plurality of individual heat seals set out in a configuration substantially corresponding to the shape and configuration of the container(s) to be sealed, the size and shape of the individual heat seals corresponding substantially to the size and shape of the tops of the individual container(s) to be sealed; (ii) a peelable support film layer coated on one side with a low tack adhesive, the low tack adhesive serving to hold the individual heat seals in place on the support film layer in the desired configuration prior to the sealing process; (iii) alignment points in the sealing product adapted to enable the heat sealing product and therefore the individual heat seals of the heat sealing product to be aligned substantially exactly with respect to the individual containers to be sealed.

Gripper for a bottle capping machine
A gripper for capping machines intended for screwing a cap onto a container adapted to being capped, in particular has a threaded neck for being capped. The gripper has a body capable of revolving on the axis of rotation, and at least two levers adapted to taking at least two different positions. The first position in which it is possible to insert a cap between the gripper levers and the second position in which the cap is locked between the gripper levers at least rotationally. At least one moving guiding shackle hinge-is mounted to the body and at least one lever which is slidingly mounted to the gripper body by means of a guide enabling movement of the lever in a horizontal direction, perpendicular to the axis of the gripper, and the end of the guiding shackle is slidingly and rotatably mounted to the at least one lever.
Systems and methods for capping
A pharmaceutical order filling system uses a physical parameter that occurs during attaching cap to a pharmaceutical container to determine if the cap is properly engaged. The physical parameter may be torque on the cap when placed on the container. An order processing device receives a pharmaceutical order and sends the order to a dispensing device that fills the container with a pharmaceutical in the pharmaceutical order. A cap device is configured to apply the cap the container containing the pharmaceutical from the dispensing device, wherein the cap device is configured to sense the physical parameter, e.g., torque, to the cap when applying the cap to the container.
