Planet centrifuge mixing system for soft packaging
Present invention relates to a new soft/bag packaging mixing system and method that allows the mixing of materials contained in soft/bag packages and obtaining of a homogeneous mixture by utilizing the physical characteristics of said packages through applying different types of forces.
MODULAR ASEPTIC PRODUCTION SYSTEM
A modular production system including a plurality of production modules connected in a linear series to form a production tunnel, and collectively defining a production channel, and wherein at least one fluid inlet port defined along the production tunnel, said inlet port is in fluid communication with a pressurized fluid source, whereby influx of fluid from said fluid source through said fluid inlet port acts to maintain the fluid pressure within the production channel at a higher pressure than the atmospheric pressure outside of the production tunnel; and wherein one of said production modules positioned between said proximal-most and distal-most production modules comprises a depyrogenator and/or sterilization module, comprising a transparent tubular body, and an irradiation source positioned external to said transparent tubular body, said irradiation source capable of heating the internal environment of the depyrogenation and/or sterilization module to a temperature sufficient to depyrogenate or sterilize articles passing therethrough, and associated processes.
PLANT FOR FILLING AND CLOSING CANS UNDER HYGIENIC CONDITIONS
A plant (1) for filling and closing cans (2) under hygienic conditions which comprises a hygienic compartment (3), a lid applying device (7) and an inlet (30) for a filling material. The lid applying device (7) is arranged in the hygienic compartment (3) and the inlet (30) is formed on the hygienic compartment (3). When used as intended, one or more cans (2) can be assigned to the hygienic compartment (3) and the hygienic compartment (3) can be moved together with the can(s) (2) in the system (1).
TAMPER EVIDENT PLASTIC CLOSURE FOR VIALS FOR STORING SUBSTANCES FOR MEDICAL OR PHARMACEUTICAL APPLICATIONS AND USE THEREOF
The invention relates to a tamper evident plastic closure for necked vials, for holding a plug in a mouth of a vial, comprising: a tubular locking body configured to be locked at the neck of the vial, and a cap coupled with the tubular locking body. The tubular locking body comprises a retaining member for retaining the plug, a central opening being formed in the retaining member for providing access to the inside of the vial via the plug. The cap comprises a disc-shaped cover and a coupling portion, for coupling the cap with the tubular locking body by positive-fit engagement. The coupling portion comprises at least one frangible portion each configured such that at least one indicator member remains as a tamper evidence at a rim of the central opening of the tubular locking body after removal of the cap from the distal end of the tubular locking body by irreversibly breaking the annular frangible portion for providing access to the inside of the vial via the plug.
FOLDED PACKAGE AND METHOD OF FORMATION
The technology described herein generally relates to particular form of folded package and the method of forming that folded package. The package packages loose particles into a conical container and secures the filling with a folded distal end. More specifically, loose plant matter, such as crumbled dried leaves, are supplied as filling and the package may further be provided with a fluid core.
Working line for fluidic products contained in pre-dosed containers
A working line is for fluidic or fluid products contained in pre-dosed containers. The container includes a cover and/or lid for closing the container. The working line includes a first manipulation station having a manipulator to manipulate the cover and/or lid to remove the cover and/or lid from the container to open the container. A working station carries out at least one operation on the fluid product contained in the container after the removal of the cover and/or lid from the container. A second manipulation station includes a manipulator to manipulate the cover and/or lid to associate the cover and/or lid with the container to close the container. A transportation system moves the pre-dosed containers among different stations. The working station is located between the first manipulation station and the second manipulation station. The manipulator manipulates covers and/or lids associable with the container through joint-type and/or screw-type devices.

Sealing tool and method for sealing trays
A sealing tool for a tray sealing machine, comprising an upper tool and a lower tool with a main body having a tray depression for receiving at least a part of a tray to be sealed, and a tray carrier, wherein a gas channel runs through the tray carrier. The sealing tool is characterized in that the tray carrier comprises a first plate with a first pressing surface and a second plate with a second pressing surface and the first plate has a first depression which extends from the first pressing surface, wherein the first depression forms at least a section of the gas channel when the first plate and the second plate are pressed against each other at the first and the second pressing surface, respectively.
CONTAINER FOR A SPRAYING DEVICE
Fluid liners and container assemblies for a spraying apparatus and related methods of use are provided. The disclosed liners include a side wall defining a fluid-containing portion and an open end, a flange extending outwardly from the side wall, and a latching member coupled to the flange, where the latching member includes a retaining feature for releasably coupling the side wall to a lid compatible with the liner. Disclosed fluid containers include a lid having a fluid outlet adapted to couple the lid to the spraying apparatus and a collapsible liner, where either the liner or lid comprises a latch that releasably couples the liner and the lid to each other. Advantageously, the fluid liners and fluid containers can provide enhanced storage options for container contents between spraying operations.
Tool and method for closing a container and method for producing a container with several compartments
The present invention relates to the technical field of packaging technology. One or a plurality of membranes is to be sealingly attached to an inner surface of a container making use of a small number of working steps. For this purpose, a tool comprising a force transmission unit (10), a deflection unit (20) and a positioning element (30) is suggested. The force transmission unit (10) is coupled to the deflection unit (20) and the positioning element (30), so that a force can be transmitted from the force transmission unit (10) to the deflection unit (20) and/or the positioning element (30). At least a portion of the deflection unit (20) is deflectable with a radial component. The positioning element (30) is adapted to allow a flow of gas therethrough, so as to pick up and hold the membrane (33).
