METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PROCESSING A COVER OF A PACKAGE
The present invention relates to a method for processing a covering roll sheet (20) of a package, wherein the covering roll sheet (20) covers a package body (51) in the manner of a lid, comprising the steps of: drawing the covering roll sheet (20) off an endless roll (22), tensioning the covering roll sheet (20), determining an offset between a first marking on the covering roll sheet (20) and a second marking (34) on the package body (51), and stretching the covering roll sheet (20) in a manner dependent on the determined offset between the first marking (33) and the second marking (34).
LIFTING GEAR
The disclosure relates to a lifting gear for opening and closing a workstation of a packaging machine, wherein the lifting gear includes a stationarily mounted base, a lifting platform mounted to be height adjustable with respect to the base along a lifting axis for supporting a lower tool part of the workstation, and an adjusting mechanism comprising a drive unit and a toggle means on which the lifting platform is mounted, wherein the adjusting mechanism furthermore includes a pressure part coupled with the toggle means and adjustable by means of the drive unit along the lifting axis, wherein by the displacement of said pressure part along the lifting axis, the toggle means can be actuated for a height adjustment of the lifting platform.
PACKAGING PLANT
The packaging plant comprises a packaging machine and a robot which is mounted on a transport truck that is repositionable along the packaging machine. The transport truck comprises a frame, a current collector, and a plurality of operating components. The frame is mounted so as to be movable along the packaging machine, has a bearing assembly for the robot, and supports the plurality of operating components. The current collector is configured to wirelessly connect to a current source. The plurality of operating components comprise at least one wireless data transmission device and one drive.
Mechanical connection for panels
A mechanical connection connects panels edge sides to one another. Adjacent first and second panels can be locked in the horizontal and vertical direction by a substantially perpendicular joining movement. For vertical locking, a locking edge is arranged on the first panel and a locking element that can be displaced relative to the panels is arranged on the second panel. The locking element can be displaced behind the locking edge by a pivoting movement. A locking projection for displacing behind the locking edge and an arcuate guide arm guided in a guide groove of the second panel are designed to be partially withdrawn from the guide groove with a rotary or pivoting movement of the locking element by a leg. The leg projects from the guide groove of the locking element coming into contact with the first panel when being set down in a region below the locking edge.
Inspection device, PTP packaging machine and PTP sheet manufacturing method
An inspection device includes: an irradiator that irradiates an object with near-infrared light; a spectroscope that has a slit where reflected light enters and that disperses the reflected light into wavelength component lights; an imaging device that comprises an imaging element that takes a spectroscopic image of the wavelength component lights; and a processor that: obtains spectral data based on the spectroscopic image; and detects a type of the object using a predetermined analysis based on the spectral data. Each of the wavelength component lights is a single wavelength light, the inspection device satisfies L≥2P, where L is a width of each of the wavelength component lights in a wavelength dispersion direction on a light receiving surface of the imaging element and P is a width of a pixel in the wavelength dispersion direction on the light receiving surface.
APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING FOOD PRODUCTS
An apparatus for processing food products comprises a product conveyor having a frame and a conveyor unit for conveying products along a conveying direction, wherein the conveyor unit is arranged laterally projecting at the frame with respect to the conveying direction and comprises a work unit which is associated with the processing of the conveyed products and which is arranged at least partly beneath the projecting conveyor unit of the product conveyor.
Provision is made that the frame of the product conveyor is supported or held at the work unit via a mechanical connection or extends into a free space defined by the work unit.

PACKAGING DEVICE
The disclosure refers to a packaging device for manufacturing a packaging for a foodstuff. In particular, the packaging may include a trough-shaped lower packaging part and a top film which can be sealed together along their edges by means of a sealing tool of the packaging device. In order to improve a packaging device completely without evacuation or by evacuation in a simple and inexpensive manner with only a slight negative pressure in such a way that sufficient vapor purging is possible and at the same time cooling of the foodstuff before sealing or excessive degassing of the foodstuff does not take place, vapor can be introduced under pressure between the lower packaging part and the top film at at least one vapor entry point before sealing and can be released into the surrounding atmosphere at an outlet point from the packaging.
