Racket Sports Rebounder with Side Shields
An apparatus for racket sports practice (such as tennis, pickle ball, padel, squash, racquet ball, table tennis and the like) is disclosed. The apparatus being comprised of a tubular frame, lightweight cloth, a swivel bounce board and unique side shields that prevent balls from straying. The curved area of the rebound sheet allows users to hit balls into the apparatus and have them returned at various speeds and angles. The apparatus being of such a size that, when broken down after practice, can be easily transported by a single person. An object of the invention is to provide an affordable means for racket sports enthusiasts to practice independently.
Systems and methods for minimally intrusive displays with heart rate monitoring and workouts
A system includes a minimally intrusive display system (MIDS) configured to be disposed on an eyewear. The MIDS includes a display system and a sensor system configured to provide for a sensor data. The MIDS further includes a processor configured to process the sensor data to derive a physiological measure. The processor is further configured to display, via the display system, the physiological measure, wherein the display system is disposed in the eyewear so that the physiological measure is only viewed when a user of the eyewear turns the user's pupil towards the display system at angle α from a forward direction.
A HAND IMPLEMENT FOR IMPROVING HAND-EYE COORDINATION
A multifaceted hand implement is disclosed having plural landing surfaces. From one of the landing surfaces. an object can be launched and whilst airborne, the hand implement is turned to present another landing surface onto which the object can land. Preferably a catching inter-engagement is provided between the object and the landing surfaces by means of VELCRO, or magnetic attraction. Various games or contests can be implemented and the playing of such games is thought to improve hand-eye coordination thereby improving manual dexterity and/or delaying the onset of various degenerative diseases.
GOLF CLUB HEADS
Some disclosed golf club heads include body having at least one raised sole portion and a cantilevered ledge extending down around a perimeter of the club head below the level of the raised sole portion. Some disclosed golf club heads include one or more sole openings in the body and a sole insert that is mounted inside the body over the sole openings. The sole can include weight tracks as well, and a rear weight track can extend between a toe side sole opening and a heel side sole opening. A crown insert can also be included that is mounted over an upper opening in the body.
Walking training system, display method, and display program
The walking training system includes: a treadmill; a determination unit configured to determine whether a walking of the trainee on the treadmill is an abnormal walking based on predetermined abnormal walking symptoms; a display unit configured to display a result of a determination of each of the abnormal walking symptoms; a reception unit configured receive a selection of at least one result of the determination from the results of the determinations, each of which displayed on the display unit, in which regarding pieces of advice about adjustment items for improving the abnormal walking symptoms in the result of the determination which the reception unit has received the selection, the display unit preferentially displays the pieces of advice that are common to pieces of advice about adjustment items for improving the abnormal walking symptoms in a result of another determination in which the determination unit determines the abnormal walking.
HOCKEY GOALKEEPER LEG PAD
A hockey goalkeeper leg pad includes a core, a skin covering the core, a lateral leg flap and a medial leg flap defining a leg channel, and a lacing member. The lacing member includes lower tabs and upper tabs. The lower tabs and the upper tabs each defining apertures with a front inner surface of the skin covering the core, and the lower tabs and the upper tabs being attached to the front inner surface at lateral outer ends thereof. The upper tabs are laterally offset outward of the lower tabs relative to a longitudinal centerline of the lacing member. A lace extends through the lower apertures and the upper apertures, as well as through the core to secure the core to the lacing member.
Data collecting head guard systems and methods thereof
A head guard is provided. The head guard includes one or more sensors as part of an sensory input and communications system. The head guard wirelessly communicates data to remote computing devices for intelligent data collection.
Multistructural shock absorbing system for anatomical cushioning
A shock absorbing system for force attenuation, impact modification or reduction, employs an envelope having a chamber containing a first working fluid, the envelope deformable in response to the impulse to attenuate impact force. A plurality of resilient supplemental absorber elements dispersed within the chamber. The plurality of resilient supplemental absorber elements are deformable in response to the force to assist in attenuating impact force and provide additional resilient restoring force to return the envelope to a pre-impact shape. In alternative implementations, a unitary cell for energy dissipation employs an envelope having a chamber containing a first working fluid and an inner element contained within the chamber and having an inner chamber containing a second working fluid.
Glute bridge apparatus
An exercise device is provided. The exercise device is formed of a resistance loop wearable over the waist and feet to provide resistance for performing glute bridge exercise. The resistance loop is light weight and portable and allows resistance glute bridge exercise to be performed anywhere a glute bridge exercise may be performed.
