MAGNETIC ECOSYSTEM FOR SPORTING PRODUCTS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
The present disclosure includes apparatuses, devices, and systems for use and handling of sporting accessories, such as golfing equipment. Some of the systems may include a golf bag having an integrated magnetic plate that extends along a first side of the golf bag and is configured to interact with a first magnetic field, a magnetic hub configured to interact with a second magnetic field, the magnetic hub configured to be coupled to the golf bag via a fastener; a magnetic holder configured to hold a first golf accessory such that the first golf accessory is secured to the golf bag while the magnetic holder is coupled to the magnetic plate or the magnetic hub, or combination thereof.
Exercise bar and grip handle
Handle grip are configured to interface to the end of a bar allowing a user to employ the bar for motion, exercise, stretching or other activity. For example, the handle grips may slip onto the bar under force. The handle grips include a grip section, configured to provide a surface the user can grab. Accordingly, the grip surface may include features that increase the effective friction coefficient. The handle grip also includes an end section configured to react both axial and lateral loads applied by the user via the grip section. The bar can be sectioned, making storage and transport easier. Accordingly, the sectioned bar can be assembly to provide the desired length of exercise bar.
Tennis practice apparatus
A tennis practice apparatus that includes a main support member that is for mounting from an upright wall; an outer support member that is hinged with the main support member and includes a closed position wherein the outer support member is engaged against the main support member, and an open position wherein the outer support member is hinged to an open position that is substantially orthogonal to the main support member; and a pliable fabric sheet that extends between a top end of the main support member and the outer support member. The pliable fabric sheet defines a surface against which a user can hit tennis balls and retrieve tennis balls therefrom.
Mixed martial arts equipment
An MMA fighting glove is disclosed herein which has a smooth front profile especially at the top and lateral side of the glove when the glove is clenched. In this manner, the glove is less likely to cut an opponent's skin or training partner's skin when the lateral side grazes the opponent or training partner. Moreover, a sleeve may cover a strap mechanism of the MMA glove described herein or a prior art MMA glove to cover any protrusions or aberrations of the strap mechanism to further mitigate cutting of the opponent or training partner.
Resistance training system
A physical training system includes a belt having a belt attachment member and a first band attachment loop for an elastomeric belt. The belt attachment member is moveably positioned on the belt and at least partially encircles the belt. The belt attachment member comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion extending completely across a width of the belt on the outer side of the belt, and the second portion extending at least partially across the width of the belt on the inner side of the belt. The first band attachment loop is moveably connected to the belt attachment member. The elastomeric band extends through the first band attachment loop. A foot coupling includes at least one flexible strap and a second band attachment loop. The elastomeric band extends between the foot coupling and the belt attachment member.
Multi-component golf club head
A golf club head comprising two components, wherein the first component comprise a ball striking surface, a striking face return, and a sole extension with a rear mass. And wherein the second component comprises a lower density material, comprising part of the crown and part of the sole. The first component comprises a majority of the mass of the golf club head, having a rear mass comprising 20% to 35% of the mass of the golf club head.
Club head having balanced impact and swing performance characteristics
Described herein are embodiments of golf club heads having a balance of the following parameters: a low and back club head center of gravity position, a high moment of inertia, a large Ixy product of inertia, and low aerodynamic drag. Methods of manufacturing the embodiments of golf club heads having a balance of club head center of gravity position, moment of inertia, product of inertia, and aerodynamic drag are also described herein.
PORTABLE MOUNTABLE SPORTS STICK RACK
There is provided a portable wall-mountable sports stick rack. The rack has a compliant support having a front side and an opposed rear side; a plurality of sports stick retaining channels along the front side adapted to receive a sports stick therethrough; and an adhesive layer associated with the rear side, the adhesive layer configured to removeably mount the sports stick rack to a wall surface.
ERGONOMIC HELD WEIGHT UNITS, RELATED COMPUTING DEVICE APPLICATIONS AND METHOD OF USE
Hand held weight units of light weight manufactured as a solid unit, a shell unit with core insert combinations or modular units with interlocking ends. Shell units with core inserts and modular interlocking units allow for the changing of held weight by inserting or removing inserts or by locking or unlocking of modular weight unit sets creating varying held weight. The weight units are primarily used with upper body exercises during aerobic exercises in the home, outdoors, or in a gym setting such as walking or running to vary the intensity of workout during use.
SWIMMING STARTING BLOCK FRONT FOOT SUPPORT
A swimming starting block front foot support that can be provided in several configurations and can be strapped or otherwise removably secured to a conventional swim starting block or built into new starting blocks. The front foot support block allows the front foot to be in a substantially horizontal position, which reduces reaction time and increases stability during start, and allows the toes of the front foot to wrap around or otherwise contact a front curved portion of the front foot support, which allows the user to have more force when jumping/diving off the swim block and into an adjacent swimming pool.
