Standing tree compression ring
A standing tree branch compression ring is adapted to be vertically raised about the trunk of the tree by lifting means. As the ring is lifted it forceably moves the tree branches inward. A plastic ring liner is removably affixed to the outer surface of the ring to reduce its coefficient of friction to mitigate tree branch damage. The ring is polygonal and includes a fully releasable segment to accept the tree trunk from the side. The segment is then reaffixed by a mating tongue and slot joint at one end a latch at the other end before it is raised.
Device and method for quickly grouping picked goods for transport
A device for quickly grouping picked goods for transport. The device includes a pair of stacking bridges lying opposite each other for pushing goods containers together in a defined manner to form a layer. The stacking bridges include a plurality of parallel, finger-like conveyor belts. The goods containers are pushed together in the direction of the diagonals of their base surfaces. A lifting apparatus is provided for lowering a layer of goods containers and placing a layer onto an empty pallet. A film-wrapping apparatus is provided for wrapping a shipment of picked goods prepared for transport.

Stretch wrapping machine with curve fit control of dispense rate
A method, apparatus and program product utilize curve fitting to control a dispense rate for a packaging material dispenser. Predicted demands at a plurality of rotational positions of a load relative to a packaging material dispenser may be used to generate one or more points to which a curve may be fit, such that dispense rates may be determined for rotational positions between those for which predicted demands have been determined using the curve.
Bead wire wrapper device and a wrapper method
The present invention discloses a bead wire wrapper device and a wrapper method. The bead wire wrapper device comprises a rack body; the rack body is provided with a winding unit, an H-shaped wheel assembly, a paper cutting mechanism, a paper guiding mechanism and a rubber applying mechanism; the winding unit comprises a first winding shaft and a second winding shaft; the H-shaped wheel assembly comprises an H-shaped wheel and a drive unit driving the H-shaped wheel to rotate; the paper cutting mechanism is configured to cut off film materials directly or indirectly fed by the winding unit; the paper guiding mechanism comprises a motion mechanism, the motion mechanism is provided with an adsorption assembly and a pressing assembly, the adsorption assembly is configured to adsorb the film materials through negative pressure and send the cut-off tail ends of the film materials to the H-shaped wheel under the action of the motion mechanism, and the pressing assembly is configured to move to the H-shaped wheel under the action of the motion mechanism and press the film materials; and the rubber applying mechanism is configured to paste rubber strips to the film materials on the H-shaped wheel.
Exhaust Blower for Orbital Pallet Wrappers
An orbital wrapping apparatus generally includes a base frame, a circular ring assembly, a cutting assembly mounted to the base frame and, an air exhaust assembly mounted above. The stretch film dispenser includes a roll of stretch film dispensing the stretch film by rotation of the circular ring assembly, a subframe fixed to the circular ring assembly and the roll of stretch film is mounted on a loading assembly attached to the subframe, and a first feed roller and a second feed roller are mounted to a portion of the subframe that is movable between a first position adjacent to an axis extending through the first and second end caps and a second position spaced further apart from the axis. The cutting assembly is adapted to cut and hold the stretch film while the air exhaust assembly is adapted to release wrapping that could be clinging to the cutting assembly.
Machine for wrapping pallets
Machine for wrapping pallets (P) by means of a stretchable film cap, comprising: a main frame (1) which defines a working area (A) of the machine; a traction device (2), arranged to lower the film cap by fitting it onto the pallet (P); a feeder device (3) arranged to feed the film to the traction device (2); a cutting and welding device (4) of the film, arranged to cut and weld the film so as to obtain a cap closed at one end thereof. The feeder device (3) is movable along the frame (1) between an operating position, located above the main frame (1), and a service position, in which said feeder device is located at a given height from the ground, on one side of the main frame (1). The feeder device (3) comprises two diverters (31), each of which is structured to grip two adjacent corners (C) on opposite sides of the film, and to move the corners away from one another. The diverters (31) are movable on an area outside of the main frame (1) along guides (11,12), structured to maintain the feeder device (3) outside the main frame (1) and the working area (A), during the displacement between the working position and the service position.
Stretch-wrapping machine with self-adjusting pinch rollers
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a stretch-wrapping machine with self-adjusting pinch rollers configured to reorient themselves to compensate for misalignment relative to their respective pre-stretch rollers. This ensures the pinch rollers press the entire width of the film against their respective pre-stretch rollers as the film is drawn through the rollers.
