The sealing assembly, which is slidably disposed on the mounting base, includes a first, second, and third clamping mechanism, for clamping the strapping tape. A belt feeding assembly including a first motor, a driving wheel and a guide block fixedly disposed on the mounting base. The driving wheel is rotatably disposed on the mounting base and an arc-shaped belt feeding channel is formed between the driving wheel and the guide block. The first motor drives the driving wheel to rotate, and a driving assembly drives the sealing assembly close to or away from the driving wheel. A balanced tension is applied to a strapping tape through a strapping machine head to improve the strapping quality of the strapping machine.

A stretch wrap applicator includes one or more cutting members arranged to engage the stretch wrap to cut it into strips as it is dispensed from the roll. The strips are then gathered and stretched into strings that are wrapped around the object. A roller is biased toward the stretch wrap roll to ensure an even flow of stretch film from the roll and more consistent tension on the film dispensed from the roll. The roller includes a groove. A cutting member is disposed to rest in the groove such that stretch film passes over and around the roller as it is dispensed from the roll and then engages the cutting member in the grove before the stretch film separates from the roller.

According to one embodiment, a strapping apparatus includes a setting device, a determination device, a strap band supply device, an acquisition device, a color decision device, and a warning presentation device. The setting device sets a denomination of paper sheets to be strapped. The determination device determines a color of a strap band to strap a bundle of the paper sheets, based on the denomination. The strap band supply device supplies strap bands from a first strap band reel previously stored. The acquisition device acquires an image of the first strap band reel. The color decision device decides a color of the first strap band reel, based on the image. The warning presentation device presents a warning if the color of the first strap band reel is different from the color determined by the determination device.

A packing strap length cutting device includes a main body and a control device. The main body has a first frame and a second frame. A strap pulling unit, a calculation unit and a sensing unit are electrically connected to the control device. The strap pulling unit is connected to a strap connecting unit. Thereby, a packing strap can be automatically pulled out a predetermined length through the strap pulling unit, and then the strap cutting unit is driven by a driving member of the strap pulling unit to cut the packing strap in the predetermined length, assisting a user in completing the cutting operation quickly.

Apparatus, system and process useful for bundling packaging articles particularly in a stack thereof. The apparatus and system includes at least a first bundling apparatus and second bundling apparatus, wherein the relative linear displacement of the first bundling apparatus and the at least second bundling apparatus is variable, and which further includes a reconfigurable bridge between the first bundling apparatus and the second bundling apparatus. A process of utilizing the apparatus and system is also disclosed. Also disclosed is a bidirectional strap magazine which may be used with one or more of the bundling apparatus.
