The strap reel rack is provided with a strap reel for placing a strapping roll. The base is connected with a hanging unit. The hanging unit is provided with a plurality of hanging members. When the user wants to use the strap dispenser, the hanging members may be hung with an air tube and a pneumatic/electrical tool. The strap reel is rotated with the movement of a strapping roll. The hanging tool can be used to assist the baling operation.
STRAPPING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING STRAPPED PACKAGES
The invention relates to a strapping device and a method for producing strapped packages, which combine at least two articles by means of at least one strap. The strapping device is paired with a device for providing two or more grouped articles. and the strapping device comprises a handling device (10) with two pivoting arms (11, 12) which can be adjusted relative to each other and each of which is equipped with clamping devices (14, 15) for fixing the belt ends (27) of a strapping belt (26) or a strapping blank (28) in a clamped manner. The pivoting arms (11, 12) can surround the grouped articles for the purpose of strapping same, thereby pivoting the first pivoting arm (11) and the second pivoting arm (12). The strapping device additionally comprises a fixing device for connecting the two belt ends (27) of the strapping belt (26) or the strapping blank (28).
Binding machine
The wire fed or pulled back from the reel by the feeding unit can be properly restricted. The invention relates to a binding machine (2) having a feeding unit (16) for feeding out a wire (3) from a reel (12) provided in a housing unit (11). With respect to the entering route (81) of the wire (3) when the wire (3) drawn out from the reel (12) by the feeding unit (16) is guided to the feeding unit (83), the first restriction unit (83) that restricts the drawing portion (3a) of the wire (3) disposed between the reel (12) and the feeding unit (16) from being deviating from the entering route (81) is provided inside the housing unit (11).
Automatic Bundling Tool Device With Guiding Unit for Deformed and/or Loose One-Piece Ties
The disclosure relates to an automatic bundling tool device (ABT) for bundling a bundling good by means of a one-piece-tie (OPT). In aspects, an ABT includes a holding unit configured to receive, hold, and release a respective OPT; a motion guiding unit configured to guide a motion of the holding unit between a receiving position and a releasing position; a claw unit configured to guide a strap of the respective OPT around the bundling good; and a tip guiding unit with at least one guiding flap element configured to guide a tip of the respective OPT towards an entrance of the claw unit.
APPARATUS FOR TENSIONING A CABLE LACING TAPE DEVICE
An apparatus for tensioning a cable tape comprises a housing, a drive assembly, a capstan, and an optional cutting device. The drive assembly includes a driving member and a driven member slidably coupled to the driving member. A biasing element is coupled between the driving and the driven member and in a first operating mode, the driving member causes movement of the driven member little or no relative movement between two members. The capstan is rotatably coupled to the housing, and includes a gripping device to grip a cable tape and wrap the cable tape around an outer surface of the capstan as the capstan rotates. In a second operating mode, a tension force applied on the capstan by the cable tape that is greater than the biasing force allows relative movement between the driving member and the driven member.
Rebar tying machine
A rebar tying machine comprising a tying machine main body (1) and a steel wire winding assembly (2) mounted in the main body, a steel wire cutting off mechanism (3) is further mounted in the main body and comprises a transmission device (31) and a wire discharging block (32), the steel wire winding assembly comprises a winding mechanism (21), a driving device (22) for driving the winding mechanism and a locking device for locking the winding mechanism, an advance/retreat locating slot (211) and a rotating cam slot which are communicated with each other are arranged on the winding mechanism, an anti-rotation fixing pin (231) in the locking device moves axially in the advance/retreat locating slot, and the anti-rotation fixed pin slides in the rotating cam slot along the circumferential direction. The rebar tying machine has the advantageous effect that: the anti-rotation fixed pin moves axially in the advance/retreat locating slot and slides in the rotating cam slot along the circumferential direction, and the sidewall of the rotating cam slot extends along the axial direction of a sleeve (216) to form a chamfer structure, thus preventing the tying machine from locking and further ensuring the working smoothness of the winding mechanism.
Continuous rotary wire tie assembly
