AUTOMATIC TYING MACHINE FOR CROPS, BUNDLES, OR BUNDLED PRODUCTS
20200102104 · 2020-04-02 ·

The present invention relates to an automatic tying machine for automatically tying binding wires in order to fix crops in a farmhouse or tie bundles or bundled products during distribution. More specifically, the present invention relates to an automatic tying machine which can use binding wires of different thicknesses, in which after a binding wire is drawn into a slot of a whirling binding wire guide device, the binding wire does not slip off from the slot during rotation of a slewing gear to prevent malfunctioning of the automatic tying machine for crops, such that it is possible to accurately and quickly tie crops, bundles or bundled products. Due to these features, the automatic tying machine has remarkable effects that can improve the productivity of work of tying crops, bundles or bundled products and improve work convenience.

COMPRESSING MATTRESSES TO REDUCE VOLUME WITHOUT CAUSING PERMANENT DAMAGE
20200062437 · 2020-02-27 ·

Mattresses are stacked, with support surfaces being substantially in contact, to produce a mattress stack (201). A press (501) applies pressure in the direction of said mattress stack, such that said pressure is normal to the support surfaces and consistent with pressure applied by a reclining body, thereby resulting in reversible compression to form a compressed mattress stack. Restraining elements (601) restrains the mattress stack and the process may be repeated to increase the size of the stack.

Binding machine for gardening

A binding machine for gardening includes a main handle to draw out a tape, a clincher arm rotatably attached to the main handle, and a tape gripping device attached to the clincher arm. When the clincher arm rotates in a closing direction to a predetermined position with respect to the main handle, a gripping operation is performed in which the tape gripping device grips the tape. When the clincher arm further rotates in the closing direction from the predetermined position with respect to the main handle to be in a closed state, a binding operation is performed to bind objects. The gripping operation and the binding operation are performed alternately. The movement restricting unit is provided to restrict the rotation of the clincher arm in the closing direction from the predetermined position at the time of the gripping operation.

The clincher arm is configured to rotate in a closing direction with respect to the main handle when the lever operation portion and the main handle are gripped. The binding machine for gardening further comprises a cover member configured to cover the link portion.

METHOD OF COMPRESSING TISSUE BUNDLES

A method is disclosed for forming a tissue bundle from a stack of folded absorbent tissues. The method includes the steps of forming a stack of folded absorbent tissues; compressing the stack to an initial density in a first compression step; wrapping the stack a first time in a supporting wrapper to form an initial bundle and maintain the initial density; subsequently applying a second compression step to compress the stack to a final density that is higher than the initial density; and wrapping the stack a second time to form a final bundle and to maintain the final density.

Methods for packing, shipping, and unpacking a cushion
