STRAPPING APPARATUS
A strapping apparatus for strapping articles with a strapping band having a tensioning device for imparting a band tension to a loop of the strapping band, the tensioning device including a driveable tensioning element provided for engaging the strapping band to impart a band tension. The strapping apparatus including a connecting device for generating a permanent connection, in particular a welded connection, at two regions, situated one above the other, of the loop of the strapping band. The strapping apparatus is configured to achieve the release of the tensioning element from the strapping band reliably to avoid or reduce adverse characteristics attributed to the release of the tensioning device from the band.
Strapping device
A strapping device including a tensioner operable to apply a strap tension to a loop of wrapping strap, a friction welder operable to produce a friction weld connection at two areas of the loop of wrapping strap disposed one on top of the other, a motor operable in a first rotational direction to drive the tensioner and in a second opposite rotational direction to drive the friction welder, and a control device. The control device is configured to, in response to receiving a first designated input: (1) operate the motor in the first rotational direction to drive the tensioner until a predetermined strap tension is reached in the loop of wrapping strap; and (2) afterwards, automatically operate the motor in the second different rotational direction to drive the friction welder to produce the friction weld connection.
Strapping device
A strapping device including a tensioner operable to apply a strap tension to a loop of wrapping strap, a friction welder operable to produce a friction weld connection at two areas of the loop of wrapping strap disposed one on top of the other, a motor operable in a first rotational direction to drive the tensioner and in a second opposite rotational direction to drive the friction welder, and a control device. The control device is configured to, in response to receiving a first designated input: (1) operate the motor in the first rotational direction to drive the tensioner until a predetermined strap tension is reached in the loop of wrapping strap; and (2) afterwards, automatically operate the motor in the second different rotational direction to drive the friction welder to produce the friction weld connection.

Strapping machine tilting device control mechanism, including epicyclic transmission having a main axis and an internal crown, intermediate gears and external crown, pulling mechanism connected to intermediate gears to a tilting device tensioning roller to transmit movement of the gears around to the main axis to the tensioning roller, a tensioning wheel centered with the main axis constrained to the inner crown and connected to a strapping machine tensioning assembly to transmit tensioning wheel movement, locking device connected to the external crown, control device to interact with a strapping machine actuation lever, connected to the locking device to transmit actuation lever movement to the locking device, defining rest and operating positions, the locking device includes: ring centered with the main axis and integral with the external crown, and torsional spring between the tilting device and control device, centered with the main axis to tighten around the ring.

Machine head for packing machine and packing machine
A strapping machine and head are provided including a mounting base, a sealing assembly including a cutter for cutting the strapping tape and a sealing element for welding a strapping tape. The sealing assembly, which is slidably disposed on the mounting base, includes a first, second, and a third clamping mechanism, for clamping the strapping tape. A belt feeding assembly including a first motor, a driving wheel and a guide block fixedly disposed on the mounting base. The driving wheel rotatably disposed on the mounting base and an arc-shaped belt feeding channel is formed between the driving wheel and the guide block. The first motor drives the driving wheel to rotate, and a driving assembly drives the sealing assembly close to or away from the driving wheel. A balanced tension is applied to a strapping tape through a strapping machine head to improve the strapping quality of the strapping machine.
Machine head for packing machine and packing machine
A strapping machine and head are provided including a mounting base, a sealing assembly including a cutter for cutting the strapping tape and a sealing element for welding a strapping tape. The sealing assembly, which is slidably disposed on the mounting base, includes a first, second, and a third clamping mechanism, for clamping the strapping tape. A belt feeding assembly including a first motor, a driving wheel and a guide block fixedly disposed on the mounting base. The driving wheel rotatably disposed on the mounting base and an arc-shaped belt feeding channel is formed between the driving wheel and the guide block. The first motor drives the driving wheel to rotate, and a driving assembly drives the sealing assembly close to or away from the driving wheel. A balanced tension is applied to a strapping tape through a strapping machine head to improve the strapping quality of the strapping machine.
Strapping apparatus
The present disclosure relates to a strapping head of a strapping device for strapping packaged goods with a strap. The strapping head includes an advancing apparatus and tensioning apparatus having at most three rollers for transferring an advancing motion, a retracting motion, and a tensioning motion to the strap. A least one of the wheels is operatively connected to a driving apparatus to cause the at least one of the wheels to rotate about a rotational axis for the advancing, retracting, and tensioning motions. The rollers can be brought in contact with the strap in pairs on both sides of the strap in different combinations with each other.
Strapping apparatus
The present disclosure relates to a strapping head of a strapping device for strapping packaged goods with a strap. The strapping head includes an advancing apparatus and tensioning apparatus having at most three rollers for transferring an advancing motion, a retracting motion, and a tensioning motion to the strap. BINDING MACHINE
A binding machine includes: a wire feeder; a curl forming unit forming a wire feeding path for winding a wire fed in a first direction by the wire feeder; a binding unit configured to twist a wire wound around the objects to be bound; and a controller configured to control the wire feeder and the binding unit. The wire feeder includes a pair of feed members configured to clamp a wire and feed a wire by a rotation operation, and a feed motor configured to rotate in a first rotation direction to drive the feed members to feed a wire in the first direction, and the controller changes a state into a first state and a second state to feed a wire in the first direction, when a wire is inserted into a position where a wire is feedable in the first direction by the pair of feed members.
