Apparatus for tensioning a cable lacing tape device

An apparatus for tensioning a cable tape comprises a housing, a drive assembly, a capstan, and an optional cutting device. The drive assembly includes a driving member and a driven member slidably coupled to the driving member. A biasing element is coupled between the driving and the driven member and in a first operating mode, the driving member causes movement of the driven member little or no relative movement between two members. The capstan is rotatably coupled to the housing, and includes a gripping device to grip a cable tape and wrap the cable tape around an outer surface of the capstan as the capstan rotates. In a second operating mode, a tension force applied on the capstan by the cable tape that is greater than the biasing force allows relative movement between the driving member and the driven member.

TENSIONER

The invention discloses a tensioner comprising a belt shaft, a first bracket and a second bracket, a belt shaft hole is provided at a front end of the first bracket, the belt shaft passes through the hole and is hinged with the first bracket; a surface of the belt shaft is provided with a ratchet fixedly connected thereto and gaskets provided on two sides of the ratchet; one end of the second bracket is provided with a clamping portion, the clamping portion clamps two ends of the belt shaft and protrudes outwardly to form an accommodating cavity, balls are provided inside the accommodation cavity, and the balls are installed on an outer gasket of the belt shaft. The plastic gaskets greatly reduce the friction between the ratchet and the bracket, the balls provide a certain degree of freedom for the belt shaft to prevent the belt shaft from jamming.

Structure for preventing formation of dead point for cam wheel and strapping device using the same

A structure for preventing the formation of a dead point for a cam wheel includes a driving wheel with a pressing portion provided at one side thereof for pushing a pushed portion of the cam wheel. When the cam wheel is moved over a distance while rotating simultaneously, a cam portion of the cam wheel pushes one end of the swinging piece. When the one end of the swinging piece is pushed to be apart from the outer periphery of the cam wheel, a restoring piece axially pushes the cam wheel back to its original position. A strapping device includes the above structure, a housing, a first transmission assembly, a second transmission assembly and a third transmission assembly. Tensioning of a circular strap, rapid friction bonding and cutting are sequentially performed by the transmissions of the first to third assemblies, respectively.

Strapping apparatus

A strapping apparatus has a frame, a single drive motor carried on the frame and having an output shaft, a feed roller connected to the motor and rotatable on the frame, and a tightening roller connected to the motor and rotatable on the frame. A strap from a supply is spanned over and passes between the feed and tightening roller to the object. A lever is pivoted on the frame parallel to the feed and tightening axes for movement between two angularly offset end positions. A feed counter roller freely rotatable on the lever is engageable in one of the end positions with the feed roller to pinch and advance the strap toward the object, and a tightening counter roller rotatable on the lever is engageable in the other of the end positions with the tightening roller to pinch and pull the strap away from the object.
