Exercising Device that is Opened By Sideward Rotation
20200047021 · 2020-02-13 ·

An exercising device includes a cabinet and an exercise apparatus. The cabinet includes a top plate, a bottom plate, at least one fixed side, and a movable side which enclose a receiving space. The at least one fixed side is secured between the top plate and the bottom plate. The movable side is provided with a fixing member. A pivot member extends through the fixing member, and is mounted between the top plate and the bottom plate. Thus, the fixing member is pivoted about the pivot member, such that the movable side is pivoted sideward, to close or open the receiving space The exercise apparatus is received in the receiving space when the movable side closes the receiving space, and is extended outward from the receiving space when the movable side opens the receiving space.

Fitness apparatus

The present application relates to a fitness apparatus having a housing on which are arranged a first supporting element and also a second supporting element. The first and the second supporting elements can be moved linearly in each case in two spatial dimensions located at right angles to one another. The housing has at least one active element, by means of which a movement of the first supporting element or of the second supporting element out of a respective starting position is counteracted by a force. The housing also has at least one coupling element, which couples the linear movement of the first supporting element in a first direction of a first of the two spatial dimensions to a linear movement of the second supporting element in the second direction, which opposes the first direction in this first of the two spatial dimensions.

CABINET AND EXERCISE APPARATUS
20190166993 · 2019-06-06 ·

A cabinet, for storing and conveniently deploying a box-like exercise apparatus, has a small footprint, and receives and secures the exercise apparatus on the inside surface of the cabinet's front wall. The exercise apparatus may be quickly and easily deployed from its storage position upright and inside the cabinet, to its in-use position, horizontally in front of the cabinet on top of the inside wall surface, while the outside wall surface of the cabinet, in turn, rests horizontally on the floor. Overhead rods are extendable from the cabinet and securable in one or more extended positions, for use of the rods in various exercises. The cabinet may be at least temporarily secured to a wall to secure the cabinet, and also the exercise apparatus, including the overhead rods, in place during exercises. The cabinet allows a consumer to keep its fitness equipment easily accessible and ready to use.

Modular Space-Saving Exercise Equipment
20180264311 · 2018-09-20 ·

The invention concerns a modular exercise system having a first support frame module having a plurality of frame members, each member being joined to an adjacent frame member and oriented in a common plane such that the first support frame is two-dimensional in form. The modular exercise system further requires a weight source mounted on the first support frame, a plurality of pulleys mounted to different frame members of the first support frame, and a cable running from the weight source over the pulleys to connect the weight source to one or more manual actuator for performing a resistance exercise in use. The first support frame has one or more attachment formation for selective attachment to one or more further support frame module. The further support frame module is also two-dimensional in form and attachable to the first support frame in an orientation within the common plane, wherein the further support frame module has one or more further manual actuator.

The invention concerns exercise apparatus having a weight source (18) operably connected to a plurality of manual actuators (28, 32) by a cable and pulley system. The cable and pulley system (12) has a plurality of pulley wheels (16), a supporting frame (10) for the weight source (18) and pulley wheels (16), and a cable (22) defining a force path from the weight source (18) over the pulley wheels (16). The pulley wheels (16) and frame (10) are provided in a common plane with the weight source (18) at least when the exercise apparatus is not in use. The manual actuators (28, 32) are provided at spaced locations along the path defined by the cable (22) and are actuatable in a direction away from the common plane when in use. The frame (10) may supported in an up right orientation for use by a support structure, e.g. a wall, and may occupy a minimal space/depth.

Desk treadmill assembly with chair platform

Exercise treadmill chair platform that resides horizontally over a treadmill when it is not in use to stabilize an office chair while it resides beneath the desk. The platform has a top and bottom flat plate, aligned, square or rectangular shaped, and of a low profile, that slides over the treadmill to cover the belt when the treadmill is not in use, thus enabling the user to safely sit at the desk without having to store away the treadmill. The platform may further comprise a right and left side wall; and, four corner wheels to assist the user in moving the platform, and two bumpers to protect the wheels from entanglements. The top flat plate further comprises oval shaped grooves arranged in a circle, designed to house the wheels of a variety of types of swivel chairs in order to keep the chair from rolling off of the platform.
