SEALING SYSTEM FOR CONTAINERS
A sealing system is for containers, in particular of the type that envisages sealing with an aluminum cap. Forming equipment (12) of a cap or seal (0) of weldable sealing material (S) is for the application on the mouth of a container (B), the equipment (12) including a service portion (12a) outside a controlled atmosphere chamber (2) and an operating portion (12b) inside the controlled atmosphere chamber (2). The operating portion (12b) includes a positioning roll (29) which is tangential, in the direction of rotation of the positioning roll (29), with a cutting roll (30) adapted to cut a sheet of sealing material (S) from a web of the sealing material (S) and with a forming roll (31) adapted to shape the sheet of sealing material (S) in the cap or seal (O).
System, apparatus, and method for ozone-containing vacuum storage of perishable products
Methods, apparatus, and system for storing perishable products in a vacuum container. An atmosphere control system is coupled to the vacuum container for measuring and maintaining controlled atmospheric conditions within the vacuum container. The atmosphere control system includes a plurality of monitors configured to monitor atmospheric conditions within the vacuum container. The atmosphere control system further includes a vacuum pump configured to reduce total absolute pressure in the vacuum chamber to below a total gas pressure limit, an ozone generator configured to generate gaseous ozone, and an inlet valve coupled to the ozone generator and configured to admit an ozone-containing gas into the vacuum container.
Mason jar seal device
A mason jar seal device is provided. The mason jar sealing device includes a first container body. The first container body comprises a first container part, a first container wall surrounding the first container part and extending from the first container part, a partition coupled to an inner side of the first container wall and spaced apart from the first container part, a first barrel wall coupled with the partition for forming a first air-extraction port together with the partition, and a second barrel wall disposed on a side of the first barrel wall away from the partition for forming a second air-extraction port for communicating with the first air-extraction port. The first air-extraction port and the second air-extraction port are configured to seal different sizes of mason jars.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SAMPLING A LIQUID
The present invention relates to a device and a method for decanting a beverage initially contained in one or more closed bottles into smaller containers. The device comprises an enclosure under an inert atmosphere, provided with an inlet port comprising receiving means, into which inlet port the neck of the bottles is fitted, and an outlet port through which the hermetically sealed containers are evacuated. The device contains an opening station for opening the bottles fitted into the receiving means, a collection vessel that collects the liquid flowing out of the bottles, a filling station for filling the containers from the collection vessel, and a sealing station for hermetically sealing the containers. In the method, the steps of opening and emptying the bottles, and of filling and hermetically sealing the containers, are all carried out under an inert atmosphere.
Container of fluid substances with hermetic sealing system and method of use
Container, including a body having a neck delimiting an opening for the access to a body cavity, and a containment element having at least one deformable side wall located inside the cavity to contain fluid substance, the interior of the containment element sealedly coupled to a collar having a surface resting on the body and a tubular member, extending from the bottom thereof, defining a first passage for the fluid substance in use, an insert housed within the collar, the insert formed of first and second parts, connected by first breakable portion, a shutter sealedly housed, inside the insert, formed of first and second sections, connected by second breakable portion, the second section including a surface, to cooperate, in a sealed manner, with the tubular member when second section is fitted thereon, and a breakable wall which, when broken, permits access to the containment element.
Container of fluid substances featuring a mobile bottom, with hermetic sealing system and method of use
Container, including a body delimiting a cavity to contain fluid substance. A mobile bottom, inside the cavity, sealedly movable along the body internal wall. The body sealedly coupled to a collar having a surface resting on the body and a tubular member extending from the bottom thereof. The tubular member defining a first passage through which the fluid substance flows in use. An insert housed within the collar and formed of first and second parts, connected by a first breakable portion. A shutter housed, in a sealed manner, inside the insert and formed of first and second sections mutually connected by a second breakable portion. The second section including a surface to cooperate, in a sealed manner, with the tubular member when the second section is fitted thereon and a breakable wall which, when broken, permits access to the cavity.
PREFILLED SYRINGE FILLING MACHINE
The present invention discloses a prefilled syringe filling machine, including an external package removal area, an internal package removal area, a filling and stoppering area being arranged to be adjacent to the internal package removal area, a rubber plug buffer area and a conveyor belt penetrating through the internal package removal area from the external package removal area, a first transfer device is arranged in the internal package removal area; a second transfer device is arranged in the filling and stoppering area; a material delivery port is arranged between the filling and stoppering area and the internal package removal area; at work, the first transfer device transfers materials on the conveyor belt to the material delivery port so as to deliver the materials to the second transfer device, the second transfer device carries the materials and, after accomplishing filling and stoppering the materials, transfers the materials to the material delivery port so as to deliver the materials to the first transfer device, and the first transfer device transfers the materials onto the conveyor belt. The present invention has the advantages of having a simple structure and being able to effectively reduce the risk of drug contamination.
Filling device for filling containers in a single-use isolator
A filling device for metered filling of a filling material from a storage container into a dose receiving container. The device includes a single-use isolator with the receiving container provided therein to protect against contamination. The device includes a weighing device for holding and weighing the storage container, with its contents outside of the isolator. The device includes a dispensing device inside the isolator to provide a dose-by-dose dispensing of the material. The device includes a conduit arrangement for connecting the storage container and the dispending device and conveying the material from the storage container to the dispensing device via a removal device for a dose-by-dose removal of the material outside the isolator. The device includes a control device for controlling the removal device based on information from the weighing device about a decrease in weight of a unit consisting of the storage container and its contents during the removal.
Food product packaging
Food products can be stored and sold in packaging. For example, a perishable food product can be stored in a first compartment of a packaging, and a second food product can be stored in a second compartment. The first compartment can include a modified atmosphere to increase the shelf life of the food product in the first compartment. The second compartment can be under normal atmosphere. This allows a more perishable food product to be stored in the first compartment, and a prepackaged, or otherwise less perishable food product to be separately stored in the second compartment, while extending the shelf life of the food products. The first product could be a sandwich, and the second product be one or more condiments for the sandwich.
PRESSURIZED GAS SOURCE
A gas source for pressuring sparkling and other beverage containers, e.g., to re-pressurize the container to keep a carbonation level of beverage during storage.
