A method for producing containers (10) filled with liquid, more particularly drinks containers, wherein plastic preforms are shaped into plastic containers (10) by means of a shaping device (2), these plastic containers are transported to a filling device (4) and are filled with a liquid by means of this filling device, wherein, on their transport path between the shaping device (2) and the filling device (4) the containers (10) are cooled, at least partly, by being charged with a liquid medium. According to the invention the containers are transported, at least during filling, within a clean room (20) which is delimited from an environment by means of a sealing device (62).

Systems, methods, and apparatus for storing perishable items under reduced pressure conditions. Total atmospheric pressure within a vacuum chamber containing a perishable item is reduced below a total pressure limit. Oxygen partial pressure and total pressure within the vacuum chamber are monitored. When oxygen partial pressure falls below a lower oxygen partial pressure limit, an oxygen-containing gas is admitted to raise oxygen partial pressure above the lower oxygen partial pressure limit. When the total atmospheric pressure reaches or exceeds the total pressure limit, total pressure is once again reduced. The vacuum container or chamber comprises a section of cylindrical pipe open at both ends, a first end cap and a second end cap, and formed of a plastic material. Notwithstanding that the pipe and end caps are formed of plastic, they are formed with a structure capable of withstanding pressure created by a high vacuum in the vacuum container.

The disclosure concerns a machine for filling capsules for beverages, comprising: at least a seat (200, 200) configured for housing at least a capsule for beverage (300), to fill with a gas and/or with a fluid solution, in particular with a mineralized solution; at least an injection system (201, 400, 401, 402) configured for operatively coupling with said capsule (300) and for supplying in pressurized way, in use, said gas and/or said fluid solution, in particular said mineralized solution, within the capsule (300); wherein the machine comprises at least an operating configuration of capsules filling, within which the seat (200, 200) and/or the injection system (201, 400, 401, 402) are placed under pressure in order to determine a transfer of said gas and/or said fluid solution within the capsule (300).
