Bed Exercise Systems and Methods
In an example, a bed exercise system is described. The bed exercise system includes a foot pad, a first elastic connector having a first end coupled to a first lateral side of the foot pad and a second end, and a second elastic connector having a first end coupled to a second lateral side of the foot pad and a second end. The bed exercise system also includes an anchor coupled to the second end of the first elastic connector and the second end of the second elastic connector. The anchor is configured to fasten, at a fixed position relative to a bed, the second end of the first elastic connector and the second end of the second elastic connector while (i) the foot pad is moved between a first position and a second position relative to a bed, and (ii) a tension on the first elastic connector and a tension on the second elastic connector increases as the foot pad moves from the first position to the second position.
SMART BOX DEVICE
A smart box system may include a smart box device. The smart box device may include a top portion, elongated side portions, and side portions. The top portion may include a top set of locking elements configured to mate with an external device to prevent the external device from moving relative the top portion of the smart box device. The elongated side portions may attach to the top portion. The side portions may selectively attach to distal ends of the elongated side portions.
EXERCISE SYSTEM WITH TRANSLATABLE AND ROTATABLE DISPLAY
An exercise system including a tower and a translatable and rotatable display is disclosed. The tower is a free-standing unit and includes a mast that supports the display at a sufficient height or elevation, for example above a front panel of the system's housing. A carriage assembly couples the display to the mast to enable translation of the display between two positions, and the display mount is further configured to enable rotation of the display between a portrait orientation and an landscape orientation when the display is in the second position. In some embodiments, rotation of the display is substantially inhibited by the system's housing, for example the front panel, when the display is in the first position.
Boules-style game and apparatus
Apparatus and rules for playing a boules-style game. The apparatus may include one or more rigid gamepads on which balls can roll, each gamepad having a raised ridge around its periphery defining a base area, and shapes formed in the base area by raised ridges enclosing one or more additional distinct areas. The game may be played in an open area with one or more gamepads placed on the ground. Gameplay includes players rolling the balls onto the gamepad from a distance. Each gamepad may have a post affixed thereto extending vertically from the gamepad. A bonus ball may be balanced atop the post, subject to being dislodged and awarding bonus points. Points are awarded based on a predetermined point value of the base area, and higher predetermined point values of the areas defined by the raised ridges, and the final positions of the balls.
COLLAPSIBLE AND ADJUSTABLE INCLINE EXERCISE BENCH AND PORTABLE WEIGHT STORAGE CONTAINER
A collapsible and adjustable incline exercise bench comprising a fixed bench frame including a first channel configured to receive a first incline support member and a second channel configured to receive a second incline support member. An adjustable incline support frame adjustably coupled to the fixed bench frame via the first incline support member and the second incline support member, at least a portion of the incline support frame configured to adjustably incline relative to the fixed bench frame via the first incline support member and the second incline support member, the incline support frame including a first portion and a second portion, and wherein the first portion and second portion are contiguous without any gap between the first portion and the second portion. A first pair of folding legs attached to the fixed bench frame. A second pair of folding legs coupled attached the fixed bench frame.
FITNESS DEVICE
A fitness tool for a user to use in performing stretching or other fitness activities may include a first member including (i) a first elongated shaft, the first elongated shaft including a first interface feature on a first end of the first elongated shaft, and (ii) a handle disposed at the second end. A second member may include a second elongated shaft, where the second elongated shaft may include a second interface feature at a first end of the second elongated shaft. The first and second interface features, when longitudinally engaged with one another, may enable the first and second shafts to rotate relative to one another. The second elongated shaft may include a hand or foot engagement mechanism.
Portable Bean Bag Game
A portable system with bean bags that can be used for playing games or as a towel. The playing surface can be constructed of a flexible, rollable material, such as a fabric used for towels. Games can be played by players tossing the bags toward holes on opposite ends of a playing surface. Nets can be placed in the holes and attached to the playing surface. When a user wants to use the system as a towel rather than a game, the bags can be stored in a storage pouch. The system can include stake holes for placing stakes into the ground to secure the playing surface. The system can further include a carry pouch for storing and transporting the playing surface. The playing surface can easily be rolled up and placed in the carry pouch.
Training apparatus
Training apparatus comprises exercise equipment mounted to a side surface or a roof of a land vehicle or for mounting to a surface such as a wall of a building or ship. The exercise equipment comprises a support structure which is attached to the surface or roof. In some embodiments the support structure is maneuverable by pivoting with respect to the surface or roof, whilst remaining attached thereto, between a stowed condition and an exercising condition.
Portable instructional baseball pitching apparatus
An apparatus for teaching baseball pitching includes a substantially flat panel having a substantially rectangular shape with adjustable height and width dimensions. The apparatus further includes at least two support members for supporting the flat panel in an upright position. The length of the support members can be adjusted to obtain a desired distance between a bottom edge of the flat panel and the ground.
