The present disclosure provides a portable football field goal post and methods of making and using the same. A portable American football field goal post comprises: a left vertical crossbar, a right vertical crossbar, a top horizontal crossbar, a vertical gooseneck post, and a base.

Exercise block systems and methods of use thereof include a plurality of exercise block components. In example forms, the exercise block components are configured for detachable engagement to one another such that the block components may be used separately or connected to one another. The exercise block system may be used as yoga blocks, stretch assistance equipment and/or a meditation seat. The block components may include a plurality of planar and/or non-planar surfaces to accommodate various uses thereof and improve comfort and usability of the exercise block system.

Handle grip are configured to interface to the end of a bar allowing a user to employ the bar for motion, exercise, stretching or other activity. For example, the handle grips may slip onto the bar under force. The handle grips include a grip section, configured to provide a surface the user can grab. Accordingly, the grip surface may include features that increase the effective friction coefficient. The handle grip also includes an end section configured to react both axial and lateral loads applied by the user via the grip section. The bar can be sectioned, making storage and transport easier. A handle of the treadmill may have a sensor to sense a height and front-rear position, and a belt divider provided between the left and right belts may have position or proximity sensors to sense a left-right position. An inclination of the treadmill may be automatically adjusted according to positions detected by the sensors, and the fragrance assembly, attachment module, and inclination may be automatically operated in accordance with an exercise program played on the display.

An apparatus includes a rolling mechanism and a pulley device. The rolling mechanism is connected to a cable and configured to traverse the cable from a first end of the cable toward a second end of the cable, the cable being attached to and extending between a pair of support members. The pulley device is removably coupled to the rolling mechanism and attached to a tackling bag, the tackling bag being configured to be tackled when propelled from the one of the pair of support members toward the other of the pair of support members. The pulley device is separated from the cable when the tackling bag is propelled from the one of the pair of support members toward the other of the pair of support members.

An exercise apparatus for performing push-up type exercises includes an elongate planar surface with at least one transverse slot and a pair of handles movably carried in the transverse slot. The pair of handles are adapted for gripping by a user during performance of the push-up type exercise. The handles are interconnected by a resistance band for providing a selected resistance to resist a laterally outward displacement of the pair of handles during a push-up. A pair of adjustable legs support the apparatus in inclined orientation and a declined orientation, relative to a supporting ground surface. The legs may be attached by a pivot and are movable between a stowed position and an upright supporting position.

A tennis practice apparatus that includes a main support member that is for mounting from an upright wall; an outer support member that is hinged with the main support member and includes a closed position wherein the outer support member is engaged against the main support member, and an open position wherein the outer support member is hinged to an open position that is substantially orthogonal to the main support member; and a pliable fabric sheet that extends between a top end of the main support member and the outer support member. The pliable fabric sheet defines a surface against which a user can hit tennis balls and retrieve tennis balls therefrom.

Disclosed herein is an adjustable net system that includes a net having a first net end and a second net end, a net mesh portion, a first net end sleeve, a second net end sleeve, an upper net tape extending along a top of the net mesh portion and a lower net tape extending along a bottom of the net mesh portion. The system further including a releasable first net clamp and releasable second net clamp secured to the second net end sleeve, wherein the releasable first net clamp is selectably engageable with the upper net tape and the releasable second net clamp is selectably engageable with the lower net tape, and wherein the net mesh portion is securable with the releasable first net clamp and releasable second net clamp.
