Storage container for automated dispensing of individual medicament portions
Described herein are methods and systems for automated dispensing of individual medicament portions. The systems can include a housing that encloses a receiving space having a bottom surface. A separation device may be provided and arranged on the bottom surface with at least one channel to receive at least one medicament portion. At least one channel may have an opening facing the receiving space and an opening facing the bottom surface. The opening facing the bottom surface may be associated with a contact area on the bottom surface, over which contact area the medicament portions may be guided upon a movement of separation device. At least one recess may be arranged in the bottom surface outside of the contact area to receive contamination particles present in the container.

Solid preparation subdividing apparatus and solid preparation selling method
A solid preparation subdividing device includes: one or more dispensing devices, a solid preparation information input unit to input information on solid preparations, an administration information input unit, and a packaging unit. The dispensing device includes: an accommodating portion with a charging port to receive solid preparations, and a pickup unit to discharge a desired number of solid preparations from the accommodating portion. The administration information input unit is for directly inputting an administration timing for each solid preparation and a dosage for each administration timing in association with the solid preparations charged into the accommodating portion. The subdividing device executes operations for discharging, based on information input to the administration information input unit, the solid preparations from the dispensing device on a dose-by-dose basis to the packaging unit and packaging one or more kinds of solid preparations to be taken at a time collectively by the packaging unit.
Pill packaging device
A pill packaging device comprising a pill encloser, a pill dispenser mounted to the pill encloser, and a pill funnel, which routes pills from the pill dispenser to the pill encloser. The pill packaging device may include rolls of first and second packaging film mounted to first and second film mounts, a pill carrousel, a printer, a barcode scanner, and seal jaws.

Receptacle feeding system
An article feeder assembly having a pocketed separator and a discharge tube configured to deliver articles to the pocketed separator. Some embodiments include an initial feeder assembly in overlying relation with a track extending from the initial feeder assembly to the discharge tube. Articles are oriented in end-to-end orientation in the initial feeder assembly and delivered to the pocketed separator in vertical end-to-end orientation. As pocketed separator rotates with respect to discharge tube, vertical retention members pass through a tunnel in the discharge tube and rotate articles out of the discharge tube. The discharged articles are secured in pockets delineated by the retention members. Some embodiments use one or more cam mechanisms to properly orient the discharged articles as the pocketed separator rotates. Properly oriented articles are then delivered to an advancing mechanism, such as a conveyor system.

LAUNCHING SYSTEM FOR ROBOTIC SAUSAGE LOADING MACHINE
A system, and associated method, for launching and delivering separated food product in organized groups to a robotized packaging station for the product. The system initiates the delivery via a metered hopper of food product delivering the product to a launch V-belt that aligns the product end to end. A successive singulator belt, positioned adjacent to and receiving product from the launch belt, further organizes the product into a single file alignment. An optional separator belt may follow the singulator belt to create gaps between successive product units. The product is then delivered to a pick belt for product to be provided to the packaging robot. The system product information is from a single (per product delivery line) sensor, enabling intergrated end-to-end control from hopper to robot, and a nearly continuous motion of said pick belt.

PTP packaging machine
A PTP packaging machine includes: a filler that fills a predetermined content into pocket portions formed in a strip-shaped container film; a sealer that is provided on a downstream side of the filler and mounts a strip-shaped cover film to the container film to close the pocket portions and obtain a strip-shaped PTP film including the cover film mounted to the container film; and a puncher that is provided on a downstream side of the sealer and punches out an expected sheet portion of the PTP film that is a region of eventually forming a predetermined PTP sheet and thereby obtain the PTP sheet.
