The invention relates to a device for moving portions each comprising at least one slice separated from a food product, in particular by a slicing device, in particular by a high-speed slicer, having a plurality of individually movable transport movers for transporting portions, having a track system for the transport movers, in which the transport movers can be moved along at least one specified track in a transport direction and having a control device for controlling the movements of the transport movers in the track system, wherein the transport movers each comprise at least one runner cooperating with the track system and at least one portion carrier mounted on the runner, wherein for at least one sub-section of the track, in particular a section at risk of contamination, a discharge device is provided which is designed to at least intermittently discharge next to the section, contamination and/or incorrect portions originating from the foods, in particular occurring when cutting the food products and/or during handling of the portions.

A PTP packaging machine includes: a filler that fills a predetermined content into pocket portions formed in a strip-shaped container film; a sealer that is provided on a downstream side of the filler and mounts a strip-shaped cover film to the container film to close the pocket portions and obtain a strip-shaped PTP film including the cover film mounted to the container film; and a puncher that is provided on a downstream side of the sealer and punches out an expected sheet portion of the PTP film that is a region of eventually forming a predetermined PTP sheet and thereby obtain the PTP sheet.

A medicine packing apparatus is provided. The medicine packing apparatus includes: a rotation hopper provided with a plurality of partition spaces, transferring a medicine from a medicine dispenser to any one of the plurality of partition spaces through at least one injection part, and transferring the medicine to the discharge part; an inspector photographing the transferred medicine to inspect the medicine; a controller determining whether the medicine inspected by the inspector matches a medicine of a prescription; and a re-injection part disposed in a partition space between an injection part having a shortest medicine transfer distance to the discharge part on the basis of a rotation direction of the rotation hopper and the discharge part.

A medicine packing apparatus is provided. The medicine packing apparatus includes: a rotation hopper provided with a plurality of partition spaces, transferring a medicine from a medicine dispenser to any one of the plurality of partition spaces through at least one injection part, and transferring the medicine to the discharge part; an inspector photographing the transferred medicine to inspect the medicine; a controller determining whether the medicine inspected by the inspector matches a medicine of a prescription; and a re-injection part disposed in a partition space between an injection part having a shortest medicine transfer distance to the discharge part on the basis of a rotation direction of the rotation hopper and the discharge part.

The present invention relates to a simplified device and a process-technically simplified and also more rapidly applicable method for transporting readily cut and filled hose pieces within a machine for producing pouches filled with brewable material. The device according to the invention has a transport wheel which has several supports distributed over its circumference, each holding a pouch which are pivotally mounted on the transport wheel. In the method according to the invention, a hose piece for forming a pouch with at least one chamber between a head and a bottom is inserted in the radial direction into a support of the transport wheel. In a removal station the pouch is removed radially from the transport wheel with the bottom leading.

The present invention relates to a device for making a pouch received in a wrapping, comprising a pouch making device which is adapted to produce a pouch containing brewable material in a water-permeable wrapping, and comprising a sealing station with two sealing jaws movable relative to each other for sealing the pouch in a wrapping formed by a wrapping material. The present invention relates to a lollipop production and down-stream processing apparatus (1) with a forming unit (2) and a down-stream processing unit (4) and a transfer wheel (3) in between the units (2,4) which rotates around a first axis (26) and which comprises a multitude of grippers (6) which releasably hold the stick of the lollipop and which rotate relative to the transfer wheel (3) around a second axis of rotation (27) parallel to the first axis of rotation (26). The present invention further relates to a method to transfer a lollipop from a forming unit (2) to a down-stream processing unit (4) by means of a transfer wheel (3) which rotates around an axis of rotation (26) and which comprises a multitude of grippers (6), each gripping the stick of a lollipop and taking it out of the holding means of the forming unit (2) and handing it over to the holding means of a down-stream processing unit (4).
