A cyclic packaging system for packaging product groups in folded boxes includes a supply device for supplying the product groups, a store for providing a plurality of folded box blanks, and a packing device for packaging the product groups in associated folded boxes, the packing device being arranged on the side of the supply device facing the store. The packaging system further comprises an additional packing device for packing product groups in folded boxes, the additional packing device being arranged on the side of the supply device facing away from the one packing device. Irrespective of whether the two packing devices are loaded with product groups from the same supply device, the two stores of the packing devices can be arranged on the same side of the packaging systems.

The present invention relates to an automatic package device, which may include a rack and a power control box provided on the rack. The cutter blade transportation device is provided on the rack along the X axis direction. Below the cutter blade transportation device and inside the rack, lower film feeding device is provided. At the rear side of the rack, the upper film feeding device is provided. At the front end of the cutter blade transportation device and on the rack are provided a blade feeding rail and cutter blade carrying device cooperating with each other. The dragging device may extend the upper and lower film material back and forth repeatedly. And the hot-pressing process may be accomplished by the film sealing device. The present invention may automatically seal the blades and the cutting device may separate the product one by one. At last the packaging process may be accomplished with high degree of automation and greatly improve production efficiency.

The image segmentation results are used for generating crab cut lines in XYZ and angular directions, determining starting cutting points in Z plane, and guiding cutting tools and end effectors to automatically cut crabs and harvest crab meat.

An application unit in a packaging machine attaches a material blank to containers in a container group so as to form a multipack. At least one pressing element connect the material blank to the containers while they are conveyed along a transport plane. A drive unit moves the pressing element with a tool plate between out-of-engagement and engagement positions with the containers. The drive unit has mutually parallel and spaced-apart first and second drive disks to be rotated about respective first and second axes of rotation. The first and second axes of rotation are horizontal and located at the same height but not coaxial with each other. The pressing element is articulated to the first drive disk by a first joint axis and to the second drive disk by a second joint axis such that the tool plate is oriented horizontal during rotation of the two drive disks.
