Tabletop inflation system
The present invention is directed to an inflation system comprising a housing; a clamp assembly, the clamp assembly having an elongated upper clamp and an elongated lower clamp, the upper clamp having a proximal end and a distal end, the lower clamp having a proximal end and a distal end, the upper clamp is mounted to the housing, the lower clamp is pivotally mounted along a lateral axis, the lateral axis is perpendicular to length of the lower clamp and between the proximal end and the distal end of the lower clamp, the proximal end of the upper clamp and the proximal end of the lower clamp protrudes from an opening in the housing; an upper cushion coupled to the proximal end of the upper clamp; a lower cushion coupled to the proximal end of the lower clamp such that the lower cushion and the upper cushion faces each other, the lower cushion and the upper cushion forms a passageway; and an air hose having a nozzle at one end wherein a portion of the air hose and a portion of the nozzle are retained in the passageway.
Pouch Filling Station
A table top appliance rapidly fills a pouch through some mechanical actuation or automation by inserting the pouch into the appliance and the machine fills the pouch. One embodiment of the food pouch filling station may be a mechanical version that includes a method to pump or push the contents of the container into the pouch. A second embodiment of the food pouch filling station may be an electric pump version that fills pouches and may have the option of controlling the amount of food dispensed. The food pouch filling station may also include a valve that connects to the pouch to control the flow to the pouch.
Material bag
A material bag includes a bag body and a sleeve on the bag body. A periphery of an opening of the sleeve is provided with a plurality of flexible tabs. An interval is defined between every two of the tabs. The tabs are separated from each other by the interval and connected to the periphery of the opening of the sleeve, so they can be independently flipped to form force-bearing faces to be clamped by a clamping device. When the folded material bag is used for powder/particle material packaging, the clamping device will act on the tabs for clamping the sleeve of the material bag. The clamping device can complete the transfer of the material bag and the connection between the sleeve of the material bag and a filling cylinder.
Sandbagging attachment to a tiltable dolly
A sandbagging attachment to a tiltable dolly for filling bags with scoopable materials such as sand without use of shovels and for subsequent transportation of the filled bags to the destination by using the same dolly. The attachment contains a connection member for connecting the attachment to the dolly and a scoop with a through passage for a material to be scooped. The connection member rotationally supports a scoop that can be turned between a scooping position for filling a bag and a transportation position, at which the filled bag can be transported by the dolly to the destination. The attachment eliminates a need for a special sandbagging equipment. All aforementioned operations are accomplished without the use of manual labor, except for transporting the dolly and removing the filled bag from the dolly.

DEVICE FOR EXTENDING A FILM AND FOR WELDING THE FILM TO A CONNECTION PART HAVING AN AXIAL DIRECTION, AND METHOD, PRODUCTION METHOD, SYSTEM, AND BAG
The invention relates to a device for welding a connection region of a film to a connection part having an axial direction. In the case of conventional devices, there is the risk of steep workpiece edges causing uncontrolled weak spots in the film and in the weld seam. According to the invention, the film is extended in a controlled manner such that the film has a length reserve. The film is extended in such a way that the film has a deformation cross-section that runs out such that the deformation is not visible on the final product. In this connection, the invention further relates to a use of a film, to a method for welding, to a method for producing bags, to a system for producing bags, and to a bag.
