A discharging device for a vertical form fill and seal machine includes at least one transfer unit (14) to transfer sealed bags (16) from a sealing device (18) of the vertical form fill and seal machine to a transport device (20) located downstream with respect to the vertical form fill and seal machine. The transfer unit (14) comprises at least one transfer element (22) arrangeable between the sealing device (18) and the transport device (20), wherein the transfer element (22) is provided to change an orientation of the sealed bags (16) during a transfer from the sealing device (18) to the transport device (20). The transfer element (22) is embodied as a chute with two opposite arranged sliding wings (24, 26) on which the sealed bags (16) can slide during a transfer from the sealing device (18) to the transport device (20).

A packaging machine includes a first supplying unit, a second supplying unit, a placing mechanism, a moving mechanism, a guide member, and a joining mechanism. The first supplying unit supplies a first packaging material. The second supplying unit supplies a second packaging material. The placing mechanism places an object to be packaged on the first packaging material supplied by the first supplying unit. The moving mechanism moves the first packaging material, with the object to be packaged placed on the first packaging material, in a direction along a first axis. The guide member guides the second packaging material onto the object to be packaged. The joining mechanism joins the first packaging material and the second packaging material together. The object to be packaged is packaged using the first packaging material and the second packaging material.

A packaging machine includes a first supplying unit, a second supplying unit, a placing mechanism, a moving mechanism, a guide member, and a joining mechanism. The first supplying unit supplies a first packaging material. The second supplying unit supplies a second packaging material. The placing mechanism places an object to be packaged on the first packaging material supplied by the first supplying unit. The moving mechanism moves the first packaging material, with the object to be packaged placed on the first packaging material, in a direction along a first axis. The guide member guides the second packaging material onto the object to be packaged. The joining mechanism joins the first packaging material and the second packaging material together. The object to be packaged is packaged using the first packaging material and the second packaging material.

A vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting packages includes a frame, a vacuum sealing mechanism arranged on the frame, a cutting and sealing mechanism arranged above the vacuum sealing mechanism, and a feeding mechanism arranged at a side of the vacuum sealing mechanism. The feeding mechanism pivots on the frame and a double layer plastic film winds on the feeding mechanism; the vacuum sealing mechanism includes a reservoir box and an overflow tank arranged a side of the vacuum sealing machine; the reservoir box is connected with the vacuum sealing mechanism. The feeding mechanism pivots on the frame, the double layer plastic film winds the feeding mechanism, the users can adjust the effective width of the feeding shaft according to the width of double layer plastic film. The cutting and sealing mechanism can automatically seal the double layer plastic film and cut a package with appropriate size.

There is described a packaging apparatus for forming a plurality of sealed packages-comprising conveyor for advancing a web of packaging material along an advancement path, an isolation chamber, a tube forming device adapted to form a tube from the, in use, advancing web of packaging material, a sealing device adapted to longitudinally seal the tube, a support structure carrying at least the tube forming device, a filling device for continuously filling the tube formed by the tube forming device, a package forming unit adapted to form and seal the packages from the, in use, advancing tube formed by the tube forming device and filled by the filling device. The support structure comprises at least one support column at least indirectly carrying the tube forming device and extending parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tube forming device.

There is described a packaging apparatus for forming a plurality of sealed packages-comprising conveyor for advancing a web of packaging material along an advancement path, an isolation chamber, a tube forming device adapted to form a tube from the, in use, advancing web of packaging material, a sealing device adapted to longitudinally seal the tube, a support structure carrying at least the tube forming device, a filling device for continuously filling the tube formed by the tube forming device, a package forming unit adapted to form and seal the packages from the, in use, advancing tube formed by the tube forming device and filled by the filling device. An apparatus for packaging includes a film supplying station presenting a roll support configured to receive a feed roll and to rotate it around a respective unwinding axis to unroll consecutive portions of plastic film. A selected unrolled portion having width significantly greater than its length is positioned inside a packaging station with the width aligned along the alignment direction of a row of product loaded supports to be packaged. The packaging station heat seals the selected unrolled portion to the underlying row of product loaded supports.

An apparatus for packaging includes a film supplying station presenting a roll support configured to receive a feed roll and to rotate it around a respective unwinding axis to unroll consecutive portions of plastic film. A selected unrolled portion having width significantly greater than its length is positioned inside a packaging station with the width aligned along the alignment direction of a row of product loaded supports to be packaged. The packaging station heat seals the selected unrolled portion to the underlying row of product loaded supports.

An apparatus and method for wrapping a palletized load are provided. The apparatus preferably includes a film dispenser for dispensing a film web, at least one guide rollers configured to engage the width of the film web, and at least one roping element. The at least one roping element may be a cable rolling roper configured to roll a portion of the film web into a rolled cable of film. The apparatus may also include means for providing relative rotation between the load and the dispenser to wrap a roped portion of the film web around a base of the load/top portion of a pallet supporting the load.

An apparatus and method for wrapping a palletized load are provided. The apparatus preferably includes a film dispenser for dispensing a film web, at least one guide rollers configured to engage the width of the film web, and at least one roping element. The at least one roping element may be a cable rolling roper configured to roll a portion of the film web into a rolled cable of film. The apparatus may also include means for providing relative rotation between the load and the dispenser to wrap a roped portion of the film web around a base of the load/top portion of a pallet supporting the load.
