Handheld Laminate Separator
A laminate separator including two ends, a middle section comprising of a notched neck and an aperture folded onto itself through said aperture creating a formed loop at the notched neck. The formed loop self-attaches to an object extending the two ends from each other. Inserting a closed laminate into the extended ends and applying pinch force moving normal to the laminate to capture the laminate, at which point the two ends provide transfer forces orthogonal to the pinch force in order to move them relative to one another opening the laminate.
Automatic insertion device and automatic insertion method for backing-equipped shrink film packaging
In the present invention, an insertion object (300) and backing-equipped shrink film packaging (200) are lined up in series along the insertion direction. An introduction guide body (120) comprises: a head part (121) having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the a shrink film (220); and an air-blowing port (122) that blows air from the inside thereof toward the outer surface thereof. There are an insertion preparation means in which the introduction guide body (120) is gradually introduced into the shrink film (220) of the backing-equipped shrink film packaging (200) by the sliding movement of a slider device (130), and the shrink film (220) is inflated by air, and an insertion means in which the insertion object (300) is gradually inserted into the inflated shrink film (220), and the insertion object (300) is pulled or pushed to a prescribed position by the insertion means.
Part packing system and method
A part packing system includes a bag holding machine including a part funnel having an opening configured to receive an end of a part and having a bag end manipulator holding first and second bag end gripper mechanisms that receive an end of the bag therebetween to open the end of the bag to form a mouth at the end of the bag. The bag end manipulator moves the first and second bag end gripper mechanisms to position the mouth of the bag immediately downstream of the opening of the part funnel. A part loading machine including a part manipulator holding the part and moving the part to a loading position upstream of the part funnel and moving the part gripper mechanism to load an end of the part through the opening in the part funnel into the mouth of the bag to load the part into the bag.

BAG PACKING MACHINE
A poly bubble bag filling machine, seal head, bag magazine, and a carton are described. The filling machine includes the bag magazine which is configured to hold and advance a plurality of pre-formed poly bubble bags as they are retrieved for filling. The carton provides simple handling and replacement of bags in the magazine and enables operation of the magazine while the carton is in place. A bag-transfer carriage transfers bags from the magazine to the seal head. The seal head includes suction bars configured to enable application and retention of a sufficient suction force to sides of the bag to open and retain the bag during filling. Sealing bars are positioned near the suction bars and are operable to seal the bag closed via application of heat.
Pack to pouch systems
A method includes separating a portion of a flattened tube of stock packing material to a custom length to form a pouch pre-form and closing a first end of the pouch pre-form leaving a second end of the pouch pre-form open. The method can include placing product into the pouch pre-form and closing the one open end of the pouch pre-form to form a closed pouch containing the product.

FILM WRAPPING MACHINE FOR PRODUCT PACKING DEVICE USING STRETCH FILM
The present invention relates to a film wrapping machine for a product packing device using a stretch film, including a frame having vertical bars extending upward and spaced apart from each other, a film clamping unit including a pair of suction pads which are moved in a direction of being spaced apart from each other in a state of adsorbing the stretch film so that a front end portion of the stretch film supplied from a film supply device is opened, and a plurality of clamps configured to grip the front end portion of the stretch film opened by the suction pads, receive the stretch film whose upper end is cut and bonded by the film supply device in a wrinkled state, and process the stretch film to be covered on a product in a process of lowering the vertical bars, and a controller which controls operation of the film clamping unit and the film supply device.
OPENING SYSTEM OF PACKAGING BOX
An opening system including a cutting device for cutting an adhesive tape; a suctioning and lifting device for suctioning a upper panels, which are separated from each other because the adhesive tape is cut by the cutting device; rod members which are elongated to be inserted into gaps, when the gaps are formed between the upper panels and upper edges of side surfaces in the packaging box because the upper panels are spaced apart from the side panels by the suctioning and lifting device; and an opening device which moves the respective rod members while being in contact with lower surfaces of the upper panels such that the upper panels are rotated outward with respect to boundaries between the upper panels and the side panels.
BAGS AND METHODS OF MAKING BAGS
An exemplary web of preformed bags includes first and second layers, first and second side edges that hermetically join the first and second layers, a plurality of transverse seals extending between the first and second side edges, a plurality of first lines of weakness in the first layer, and a plurality of second lines of weakness in the second layer. The first lines of weakness are weaker than the second lines of weakness. The preformed bags are defined by the first and second side edges, the first and second lines of weakness, and the transverse seals.
