[Problem] Providing a packaging method used in a bag-feeding and packaging apparatus, which can realize speed-up of the bag-feeding and packaging apparatus without limitation of movement acceleration due to the spilling or scattering of an article during movement and which can realize a larger amount of packaging in a short time, and the bag-feeding and packaging apparatus implementing the packaging method. [Overcoming Means] In the packaging method used in a bag-feeding and packaging apparatus P in accordance with the present invention, packaging processes are performed while a packaging bag F is intermittently moved to packaging stations 1 to 9 together with a mover 32, so that an article is packaged, and the packaging stations 1 to 9 include an article (a fluid) filling station 5 where an article filling process of filling the packaging bag with the article is performed. In the article filling station 5, a bag mouth of the packaging bag F is closed before movement to a subsequent packaging station (a steam deaeration/seal part preheating station) 6 after the article filling process has been performed.

A method and a device for opening a transport bag for loading and/or unloading, wherein the transport bag is conveyed along a conveying path by a conveyor system, in a suspended manner, to a device for opening the transport bag. The transport bag has a front and rear wall and a movable push element, which effects a relative movement of the front and rear wall with respect to one another between a closed bag state and an open bag state. An actively moved push device exerts a pushing force on a first end of the push element of the transport bag and the push element is converted from an idle conformation into a conformation subjected to a pushing force. The front and rear wall are thus moved relative to one another in the direction of an open bag state and the transport bag is opened for loading and/or unloading.

A device for transferring folding boxes has a suction member arrangement, which has suction members and is supported rotatably around a stationary first rotational axis. The suction members transport a folding box through the device along a first path. The suction members are supported rotatably around a nonstationary second rotational axis. The device also has an opposing suction member arrangement, which comprises at least one opposing suction member. The suction members and the at least one opposing suction member cooperate in a box-opening area in such a way that they at least partially open the folding box. At least in the box-opening area, the at least one opposing suction member is arranged radially inside the suction members with respect to the stationary first rotational axis.

A device for transferring folding boxes has a suction member arrangement, which has suction members and is supported rotatably around a stationary first rotational axis. The suction members transport a folding box through the device along a first path. The suction members are supported rotatably around a nonstationary second rotational axis. The suction members and the at least one opposing suction member cooperate in a box-opening area in such a way that they at least partially open the folding box. It allows the container to be fed with the closing element open or closed, as the opening station allows the closing element to be opened if it is closed, increasing the productivity of the packaging machine.

Through the technical solutions of the present invention, multiple functions are integrated, the degree of automation is high, and different items are packaged by using different box bodies.

A part packing system for packing a part in an elongated bag includes a bag holding machine including a first bag gripper mechanism, a second bag gripper mechanism, and an air nozzle. The first bag gripper mechanism is configured to hold a first end of the elongated bag. The first bag gripper mechanism opens the first end of the elongated bag. The second bag gripper mechanism is configured to hold a second end of the elongated bag. The second bag gripper mechanism closes the second end of the elongated bag. The air nozzle is located proximate to the first bag gripper mechanism. The air nozzle is configured to inflate the elongated bag with an airflow directed into the first end of the elongated bag. The first bag gripper mechanism holds the inflated elongated bag with the first end open to receive the part in the open first end while the air nozzle directs the airflow into the elongated bag.
