A BOX ERECTING METHOD AND SYSTEM
A method for producing boxes and a method for erecting a box from a box template (3), a box erecting system and a box production system, wherein said method for erecting boxes comprises the steps of: folding (S1) two first bottom flaps (28) and two second bottom flaps (29) of the box template (3), which first and second bottom flaps (28, 29) will constitute a bottom of the box when it is erected and which two first bottom flaps (28) are opposing each other and which two second bottom flaps (29) are opposing each other in the box when it is erected; attaching (S2) the box template (3) to a frame (5); rotating (S3) the frame (5) for wrapping the box template (3) around the frame.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ERECTING AND FILLING A FOLDING BOX
For the purpose of erecting and filling a folding box which has closure flaps on two opposite sides, the folding box is removed from a store and erected such that the closure flaps are arranged on its upper side and its underside. The lower closure flaps are folded over and the underside of the folding box is thus closed, whereupon products are introduced into the folding box. Then, the upper closure flaps are folded over, as a result of which the upper side of the folding box is closed. Thereafter, both the upper closure flaps and the lower closure flaps are fixed in their closed position in a downstream fixing apparatus.
BOX PACKING DEVICE
A box packing device includes a first arm, a first hand, and a controller. The first hand includes a hand base, a gripping mechanism at the hand base and including a gripper to grip an upper-end of a flap of a large box, and a holding mechanism at the hand base and including a holder to hold an inner box. The controller controls the operation of the first arm and the first hand so as to perform a developing operation in which the gripping part of the gripping mechanism moves in a horizontal plane so as to develop the large box while gripping the upper-end part of the flap part of the large box in a folded state, and an accommodating operation in which the holder of the holding mechanism accommodates the inner box into the developed large box while holding the inner box.
Transport section used to convey outer packages and method used to handle such outer packages
Disclosed is a method used to handle outer packages (10) with foldable top flaps (12; 12-v, 12-h, 12-l, 12-r). The handling can be carried out in association with a mechanical removal or introduction of articles (14) out of or into the outer package (10). The method provides the unfolding and/or the holding open of at least one top flap (12; 12-v, 12-h, 12-l, 12-r) in order to at least partly uncover an opening (16) to make accessible an interior space of the outer package (10), as well as providing the application of a tensile force (32) to the at least one top flap (12; 12-v, 12-h, 12-l, 12-r), the tensile force (32) being specified and/or variable over the course of the conveying phase. The invention includes a transport section (20) which carries out the method during the conveyance of outer packages (10).
