Filling apparatus
Provided is a filling apparatus including: a conveyor line configured to intermittently convey spout-equipped bags, which are suspended so that spouts protruding from one side of the spout-equipped bags, the bags being flat, are located on an upper side and the bags are located on a lower side, in a width direction of the suspended spout-equipped bags on a movement straight line; a printing apparatus disposed in the middle of the conveyor line and configured to print manufacturing information on the suspended spout-equipped bags; and nozzles configured to fill the suspended spout-equipped bags with a liquid material through the spouts. The conveyor line is further configured to convey the spout-equipped bags so that fronts of the spout-equipped bags directly face the printing apparatus.
Box packing device
A box packing device includes a push-in mechanism, a retention mechanism, a guide, and a control unit. The push-in mechanism pushes, into a box that is in a state in which an opening thereof faces sideways, the article through the opening. The retention mechanism retains the box that is in a state in which the opening faces sideways and lowers the box after the article have been pushed into the box by the push-in mechanism. The guide opposes the opening and is configured to prevent the article from falling out from the opening of the box that has been lowered by the retention mechanism. The control unit temporarily increases the distance between the box and the guide after the article have been pushed into the box by the push-in mechanism.
Box packing device
A box packing device includes a push-in mechanism, a retention mechanism, a guide, and a control unit. The push-in mechanism pushes, into a box that is in a state in which an opening thereof faces sideways, the article through the opening. The retention mechanism retains the box that is in a state in which the opening faces sideways and lowers the box after the article have been pushed into the box by the push-in mechanism. The guide opposes the opening and is configured to prevent the article from falling out from the opening of the box that has been lowered by the retention mechanism. The control unit temporarily increases the distance between the box and the guide after the article have been pushed into the box by the push-in mechanism.
MACHINE AND METHOD TO AUTOMATICALLY TRANSPORT ONE OR MORE COMPONENTS TO MAKE A PACKAGE FROM AND TO ONE OR MORE WORKING STATIONS
A machine (10) to automatically transport, from and to one or more working stations (12), one or more components (11) to make a package, comprises a reference surface (13), with which electric energizing members (14) are associated to selectively generate one or more magnetic fields, and at least a pair of support members (15) each provided with magnetic means (16) configured to interact with the magnetic fields. The machine (10) comprises control means (17) configured to energize selectively and in a coordinated manner the electric energizing members (14) to cause the selective movement of each support member (15) from one point to another of the reference surface (13). Each support member (15) is also provided with respective gripping means (18) comprising at least one support arm (19), wherein the support arm (19) of the first support member (15) is configured to cooperate with the support arm (19) of the second support member (15) to selectively temporarily grip and support at least one or more components (11).
MACHINE AND METHOD TO AUTOMATICALLY TRANSPORT ONE OR MORE COMPONENTS TO MAKE A PACKAGE FROM AND TO ONE OR MORE WORKING STATIONS
A machine (10) to automatically transport, from and to one or more working stations (12), one or more components (11) to make a package, comprises a reference surface (13), with which electric energizing members (14) are associated to selectively generate one or more magnetic fields, and at least a pair of support members (15) each provided with magnetic means (16) configured to interact with the magnetic fields. The invention relates to a method for forming package bodies open at one end from package sleeves open at both ends for the manufacture of filled packages. In order to allow packages with a cross section which is neither square nor rectangular to be formed more simply and reliably, the package sleeves are kept ready for further processing in a stack, folded flat along at least two folded edges running in the longitudinal direction of the package sleeve, the flat-folded package sleeves are transferred in succession from the stack to a forming station, the package sleeves are unfolded in a forming station and the unfolded package sleeves are, in the forming station, pushed onto a mandrel in order to close, in particular seal, a longitudinal end of the package sleeve.
