VACUUM CHAMBER FOR SEALING STORAGE BAGS AND ACCESSORIES THEREFOR
A lid for a vacuum sealing device may include a housing that supports a sealing station. The housing may define a sealing surface with a sealing perimeter that is able to seal against a canister body when the sealing surface is located on the canister body so that the sealing surface and the canister body together define a sealed volume. The sealing station is supported by the housing and extends from the housing. The sealing station is configured to heat seal an open bag, the sealing station being located within the sealing perimeter of the sealing surface such that when the lid is located onto the canister body, the sealing station is disposed within the sealed volume. The lid may have an internal pump for vacuum sealing operations or may receive a vacuum from an external source.
SEALING SUPPORTED BY PRESSURIZED AIR
A method of closing a packaging tray comprises arranging a packaging tray between a lower tool and an upper tool of a sealing station, positioning a cover film above the packaging tray between the lower tool and the upper tool, and pressing together the cover film and the packaging tray by a lower sealing surface of the lower tool and an upper sealing surface of the upper tool cooperating with the lower sealing surface. During the pressing together, a connection is established between the cover film and the packaging tray along a sealing seam. While the cover film and the packaging tray are being pressed together, an overpressure is locally generated by supplying pressurized gas from a pressurized-gas source, the overpressure cooperating as a counterpressure with the lower sealing surface or with the upper sealing surface so as to press the cover film and the packaging tray together.

Heat seal device
A head seal device of a bag making apparatus includes a pair of seal units configured to face each other in a facing direction. Each of the seal units includes a heat seal member and a heater. The heat seal device includes an adjustment unit configured to move the first seal unit in a width direction of continuous sheet panels, and to move the second seal unit in the width direction of the sheet panels in accordance with movement of the first seal unit in the width direction.
Cutter blade dual side film sealing and packing assembly
The present invention relates to an automatic package device, which may include a rack and a power control box provided on the rack. The cutter blade transportation device is provided on the rack along the X axis direction. Below the cutter blade transportation device and inside the rack, lower film feeding device is provided. At the rear side of the rack, the upper film feeding device is provided. At the front end of the cutter blade transportation device and on the rack are provided a blade feeding rail and cutter blade carrying device cooperating with each other. At the rear end of the cutter blade transportation device is provided a film sealing device which cooperates with the upper film feeding device and lower film feeding device. At the rear end of the film sealing device and on the rack is provided a dragging device fitting the blade strip. At the back side of the dragging device is provided a transverse cutting device fitting the blade strip. The present invention may achieve automatic feeding by the cutter blade carrying device. The dragging device may extend the upper and lower film material back and forth repeatedly. And the hot-pressing process may be accomplished by the film sealing device. The present invention may automatically seal the blades and the cutting device may separate the product one by one. At last the packaging process may be accomplished with high degree of automation and greatly improve production efficiency.
SEALING STATION WITH CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATOR
The disclosure relates to a sealing tool for a packaging machine which comprises a tool lower part with at least one centrifugal separator for separating a particle-laden gas flow. The disclosure further relates to a method for separating a particle-laden gas flow at a sealing tool of a packaging machine, where the particle-laden gas flow is separated by way of a centrifugal separator provided at a tool lower part of the sealing tool.
LIFTING GEAR
The disclosure relates to a lifting gear for opening and closing a workstation of a packaging machine, wherein the lifting gear includes a stationarily mounted base, a lifting platform mounted to be height adjustable with respect to the base along a lifting axis for supporting a lower tool part of the workstation, and an adjusting mechanism comprising a drive unit and a toggle means on which the lifting platform is mounted, wherein the adjusting mechanism furthermore includes a pressure part coupled with the toggle means and adjustable by means of the drive unit along the lifting axis, wherein by the displacement of said pressure part along the lifting axis, the toggle means can be actuated for a height adjustment of the lifting platform.
PACKAGING MACHINE FOR OPENING BAGS ON A WEB OF BAGS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
A packaging machine includes an indexing mechanism (210), a base (220), and a clamping arrangement (250). The indexing mechanism moves a web (10) of preformed bags along a path of travel. The base (220) is downstream of the indexing mechanism (210) along the path of travel and supports an engagement member (240) that includes a finger (242) having a beveled end (244). The clamping arrangement (250) supports a gripper (271) that includes a beveled surface (274) and a gripping surface (272). The base (220) further includes an engagement recess (222). The engagement member (240) is positioned within the engagement recess (220) and the beveled end (274) of the gripper (271) is capable of being disposed within the engagement recess. The indexing mechanism is configured to reverse index the web when the beveled end (274) of the gripper (271) is disposed within the engagement recess (222) so that the finger (242) and the gripper (271) are inserted into the top of one of the bags.
