SYSTEM AND METHOD OF IN-LINE SHAPING, FILLING AND ENCLOSING TO FORM PRODUCT PACKAGING
Disclosed in the present invention is a system for forming a product package by online forming, filling and sealing, the system comprising: a sterilization apparatus, a forming apparatus, a conveyor belt, a filling apparatus and a first closing apparatus. Also disclosed is a method for forming a product package by online forming, filling and sealing. The method of the present invention integrates production and filling of large-volume packages, greatly shortening the supply chain and increasing production efficiency.
FILLER ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF FILLING A POUCH
A filler assembly comprising a pouch preheat zone, a pouch sterilization zone, and a pouch flush zone. The preheat zone includes a preheat nozzle assembly having an inlet and an outlet, the outlet engageable with a pouch assembly, and a preheat vacuum nozzle assembly having an inlet engageable with a pouch assembly and an outlet attachable to a vacuum. The pouch sterilization zone includes a sterilization nozzle assembly having an inlet and an outlet, the outlet engageable with a pouch assembly, and, a sterilization vacuum nozzle assembly having an inlet engageable with a pouch assembly and an outlet attachable to a vacuum. The pouch flush zone includes a pouch flush nozzle assembly having an inlet and an outlet, the outlet engageable with a pouch assembly, and, a pouch flush vacuum nozzle assembly having an inlet engageable with a pouch assembly and an outlet attachable to a vacuum.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ASEPTICALY FILLING PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINERS WITH A PHARMACEUTICAL FLUID USING ROTARY STAGE
Systems and methods for aseptically filling pharmaceutical containers with pharmaceutical fluid are disclosed. In one general aspect, these are based on an aseptically sealable chamber that includes a transfer wall to which pre-sealed pharmaceutical source and receiving containers are mounted aseptically. A robotic arm and a syringe store are disposed within the chamber along with a sterilizing facility for establishing in the chamber an aseptic condition. The robotic arm can grip and operate syringes to inject and/or extract pharmaceutical products from the containers by piercing their closures with the needles of the syringes.
Standing bag type infusion liquid container
The present invention relates to a standing bag type container and aims to increase a visibility of the residual liquid volume in accordance with the progress of infusion process. The standing bag type container includes a bag 10 made of soft resin films and forming at its one end a base member 20 and an outlet port 18 at the other end of the bag. A suspension of the bag 10 is done in a manner that the base member 20 is located at the top. Marks for indication of residual liquid volume are printed on the surface of the bag. An infusion liquid is charged to the bag while an air gap 109 is left, so that a residual liquid volume is verified from the liquid level. Under the suspended condition, the base member 20 has a value of width which is unchanged from the when the bag is under upright condition. The base member 20 is not collapsed and maintains its width even when the residual liquid volume is zero. A portion of the bag of a predetermined height from the top edge of the bag including the base member 20 maintains its shape without being collapsed by a discharge of the liquid.
Pouch Cleaning Assembly For An Aseptic Filler
A pouch cleaning assembly that includes a treatment chamber and a guide assembly. The treatment chamber includes an elongated central channel extending therethrough. The guide assembly having a first side guide bar and a second side guide bar. The guide bars defining a channel therebetween that is structurally configured to facilitate the retention of spouts of a plurality of pouches in slidable engagement along the first and second guide bar. Any abutment of adjacent portions of the plurality of pouches within the treatment chamber define relative points of contact. The channel is positioned within the elongated central channel, wherein the channel is undulating in at least one of a vertical and a horizontal direction along the length thereof sufficient so as to substantially expose the relative points of contact between adjacent ones of the plurality of spouts so as to expose the same to the cleaning preparation.

AN ASEPTIC FILLER DEVICE OF CONTAINERS PROVIDED WITH A FILLER MOUTH CLOSED BY A REMOVABLE CAP
An aseptic filler device of containers provided with a filler mouth closed by a removable cap includes a tubular element having an open end, able to be inserted with radial play on the cap of the container to be filled and able to go into contact with the mouth and extend the mouth axially, a first radial opening, associated to a branch conduit connectable to a supply line of a product and to a source line of a sterilizing fluid via a selection valve, and a second radial opening, associated to a discharge conduit provided with opening and closing valves; and a gripping element of the cap of the container inserted internally of the tubular element and mobile between a neared position to the open end of the tubular element and a distanced position therefrom.
SHOPPING BAG CLOSING SYSTEM
The instant invention relates to a device for the application of adhesives directly on the structure of bags and shopping bags manufactured in automatic machines for packaging conformation, allowing the application liners or coating adhesive strips during the production process of the shopping bag itself.
Method For Aseptic Filling Of Pouches
A method for filling an aseptic pouch having the steps of: (a) providing a pouch, the pouch including a body having a plurality of panels coupled together to define a cavity, and, a spout providing ingress into the cavity, the spout having a plug sealingly engaged to the spout; (b) cleaning the external surfaces of the pouch with a cleaning preparation; (c) directing the spout and the plug into an aseptic zone, the aseptic zone having a supply of sterilized gas having a positive flow within the aseptic zone; (d) removing the plug; (e) filling the pouch with a flowable material; (f) replacing the plug on the spout to seal the cavity; (g) removing the spout and the plug from the aseptic zone; and (h) coupling the plug to a cap, and the cap to the spout, whereupon removal of the cap removes the plug, providing cavity access.
