METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ASEPTICALLY FILLING A PACKAGE
The present invention relates to a method and system for aseptically filling of flexible packages containing dry cloth. Such a method may include a first stage that is performed in a non-sterile environment. The first stage may include cutting a first substantially dry cloth to a predetermined size; inserting the first cloth into a flexible package; sealing a first end of the flexible package; and sterilizing the flexible package. The method may also include a second stage performed in a sterile environment. The second stage may include filling the flexible package with a medical solution such that the substantially dry cloth absorbs at least a portion of the medical solution; and sealing the open end of the flexible package.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SPOUTED POUCH ASEPTICALLY FILLED WITH CONTENTS AND PACK
A method of manufacturing a spouted pouch aseptically filled with contents includes a supplying process, a sterilizing process, a stopper opening process, a filling process, a tightly re-stopping process, and a capping process. The sterilizing process, the stopper opening process, the filling process, and the tightly re-stopping process are performed in an aseptic chamber.
AN APPARATUS FOR EXTRACTING PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINERS, SUCH AS SYRINGES, CARPULES OR VIALS, FROM RELATIVE SUPPORT ELEMENTS CONSTITUTED BY A TUB AND A NEST
Apparatus for extracting pharmaceutical containers from a nest inside a tub includes an advancement line of the tubs, which stops the tubs at a rest station; a handling organ, and a pickup and transfer station. The station has a frame, with a housing for receiving and supporting a nest and rotatable about a first axis into a first operating position near the rest station and into a second operating position near the handling organ. A suction gripper collects at least a further nest containing pharmaceutical containers from a tub in the rest station and positions the further nest in the housing of a second frame stationary in the first operating position. The second frame then rotates into the second operating position for the handling organ to collect the pharmaceutical containers from the “nest.”
AN APPARATUS FOR EXTRACTING PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINERS BEING BOTTLES, FROM RELATIVE SUPPORT ELEMENTS CONSTITUTED BY A TRAY
Apparatus extracting, from trays, bottles with mouths facing downwards includes an advancement line stopping the trays at a rest station; a handling organ; and a bottle pickup and transfer mechanism having a suction plate, with suction seats receiving and retaining the bottles internally. A frame with a housing receives and releasably retains the suction plate. The frame rotates about a first axis to a first operating position near the rest station and to a second operating position near the handling organ. Gripping and moving means pick up and move the suction plate above the tray with the seated bottles, and to raise the plate with the bottles, and then position the plate at the housing in the first operating position.
ULTRA-CLEAN OR ASEPTIC CHAMBER POUCH FILLING MACHINE
A pouch filling machine, of ultra-clean type or with aseptic chamber, includes a cap feeding head for application to a flexible pouch with spout, a cap passage, and snap-retaining means for releasably retaining a cap ready for release. The snap-retaining means include a pair of grippers. Each gripper has an end portion protruding from an outlet port of the cap passage and consists of a sheet having at least one flexible portion adapted to bend due to advancement of the cap ready for release.
Method of transferring a plurality of containers and/or closure elements into a clean room, transport and packaging container and packaging structure therefore
A transport and packaging container for a plurality of pharmaceutical containers and a method for transferring the pharmaceutical containers from the transport and packaging containers into a clean room are provided. By placing a side wall of the transport and packaging container in close proximity to or in contact with the side wall of the clean room and by opening the side wall of the transport and packaging container and a transfer port door of the clean room, the pharmaceutical containers can be transferred into the inside space of the clean room via the access opening.
Method for Processing and/or Filling Packagings
Described and depicted is a method for processing and/or filling packagings, in particular cardboard composite packagings, in a processing and/or filling machine. In order to reduce the mechanistic effort required for high throughput and/or to enable more flexible operation, it is provided that packaging blanks are transferred in a take-over station in a cyclical sequence to the mandrels of a cyclically rotating mandrel wheel passing the take-over station, that regularly after a certain number of packaging blanks have been taken over in the take-over station by the mandrels passing the take-over station to a further certain number of mandrels subsequently passing the take-over station, no packaging blank is transferred in the take-over station, in at least one moulding station, the packaging blanks transferred to the mandrel wheel in the take-over station are cyclically processed on a mandrel of the mandrel wheel, in that after passing the at least one moulding station in a transfer station to all cells of a transport device passing the transfer station, packagings which are open on one side are transferred cyclically one after another from the mandrel wheel, and that the packagings which are transferred to the cells and are open on one side are fed in the cells of the transport device to at least one processing station for processing and/or to at least one filling station for filling.
High-Speed Container Filling with Reduced Cross-Contamination
A medical dispensing system with dispensing and pathway components, each of which of a plurality of dispensers and pathways, respectively. The dispensing and pathway components are controlled to minimize contamination between the items being dispensed. Both the dispensing and pathway components have arcs around which the dispensers and pathways are arranged.
Pre-sterilizable carrier system
A method for filling dual-chamber systems in pre-sterilizable carrier systems includes providing at least one washed, siliconized and sterilized dual-chamber system in a magazine. The dual-chamber system includes respective separating elements separating the two chambers from each other. The magazine accommodates at least one dual-chamber system and is arranged in a container that is sealed with a closing element. The method additionally includes introducing the container into a clean room; opening the container and filling a first chamber of the at least one dual-chamber system; and closing the first chamber. The method further includes filling a second chamber of the at least one dual-chamber system; closing the second chamber; and removing the system from the clean room.
SPOUTED POUCH ADAPTED TO BE FILLED WITH A FLOWABLE PRODUCT AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION THEREOF
In combination a spouted pouch to be filled with a flowable product by a filling machine, a plug, and a cap. The interference fit plug is releasably mounted over the top end of the neck of the spout body and hermetically seals the product passage of the spout body. The plug is adapted to be removed by the filling machine and to be replaced by pressing the plug onto the neck after filling of the pouch. The plug removal, filling, and replacing of the plug are preferably performed in an aseptic environment. The cap is after the filling of the pouch and the replacing of the plug onto the neck. The capping is preferably performed by a capping machine in a non-aseptic environment.
