A system for interleaving substrate under food products is provided. The system includes an interleaver assembly configured to interleave substrate with food products. A programmable logic controller (PLC) includes a sensor in communication with the interleaver assembly. The sensor is configured to detect an identifier provided on each substrate stock of a plurality of substrate stocks, and each identifier is associated with an interleaving profile. The interleaver assembly interleaves the substrate with the food product according to a specific interleaving profile in response to the sensor detecting the identifier on the substrate stock.

Described is an apparatus for automatically boxing products on stick including: a closed transport line, a plurality of units, each movable independently, along the transport line in a feed direction, each including a retaining system for retaining a product on stick, an unloading unit configured for picking up a predetermined number of products on stick from the units and boxing said predetermined number of products on stick, a control and return unit, positioned upstream relative to the unloading unit relative to the feed direction along the transport line, configured for controlling the presence of products on stick in the units moving along the forward guide, for selectively interrupting the movement of the units in the feed direction.

A processing line for packaging coils has a first conveyor, a sortation table, a pallet loader for placing a pallet on the sortation table, a coil discharge apparatus to move a coil from a discharge of the first conveyor to the sortation table, and a control. The control is configured to control: (i) the sortation table to move to an open position adjacent the pallet loader; (ii) the pallet loader to place a pallet at the open position of the sortation table; (iii) the sortation table to move such that the pallet occupied position is adjacent the discharge of the first conveyor; (iv) the coil discharge apparatus to move a coil from the discharge of the first conveyor on to the pallet; and (v) the sortation table to move such that the pallet occupied position is away from the discharge of the first conveyor. A processing line for packaging coils has a first conveyor, a sortation table, a pallet loader for placing a pallet on the sortation table, a coil discharge apparatus to move a coil from a discharge of the first conveyor to the sortation table, and a control. The control is configured to control: (i) the sortation table to move to an open position adjacent the pallet loader; (ii) the pallet loader to place a pallet at the open position of the sortation table; (iii) the sortation table to move such that the pallet occupied position is adjacent the discharge of the first conveyor; (iv) the coil discharge apparatus to move a coil from the discharge of the first conveyor on to the pallet; and (v) the sortation table to move such that the pallet occupied position is away from the discharge of the first conveyor. A bulk container vacuum filing system includes a base portion and movable portion. The bulk container vacuum filing system serves to position and maintain a bulk container within a chamber, seal the interior of the chamber, dispense material into the bulk container, and draw a vacuum or create positive pressure within the chamber and/or the bulk container during at least a portion of the dispensing process.
