A dispenser comprising a rotating member and a holding member. The rotating member includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion has an outer surface and a cylindrical inner surface defining a diameter. The second portion has an outer surface and a cylindrical inner surface defining a diameter. The diameter of the cylindrical inner surface of the second portion is greater than the diameter of the cylindrical inner surface of the first portion. A plurality of ribs extends radially inwardly from the cylindrical inner surface of the second portion. The holding member is located radially outwardly of the first portion. The holding member has an inner surface and an outer surface.

A portable film packing apparatus includes a main body including a holding-and-drawing rod at the middle portion of the main body, a first combining rod is at a one end, and a second combining rod is disposed at the other end of the main body; a first roller unit having a first roller having its opposite ends respectively fixed with a pair of a first roller unit gears; and a second roller unit having second roller having its opposite ends respectively fixed with a pair of a second roller unit gears, wherein the first roller unit and the second roller unit are provided with the pair of the first roller unit gears and the pair of the second roller unit gears to mesh with each other, wherein a diameter of the first roller is smaller than a diameter of the second roller.

A film wrap dispensing device for ergonomically wrapping articles includes a base, a first tube, and a handgrip assembly. The first tube is coupled to and extends perpendicularly from the base and is configured to be inserted into a tubular core of a roll of film wrap. The handgrip assembly is selectively couplable to an upper end of the first tube and is configured to retain the roll of film wrap on the first tube. The handgrip assembly also is configured to be grasped in hands of a user, positioning the user to move the base and the first tube around an object so that the roll of film wrap rotates around the first tube while dispensing film from the roll onto the object.

A film wrapping apparatus includes a shaft member having two holding portions coaxially aligned with each other, a roll locker for releasably locking two film rolls at the holding portions respectively in a free-rotating manner, and a dispensing handle transversely extended from the shaft member at a position between the holding portions thereof, wherein the dispensing handle provides a holding point for being held by an operator to unroll the film rolls in a concurrent and controllable manner so as to wrap stretch films of the film rolls around the load.

A film wrap dispensing device for ergonomically wrapping articles includes a base, a first tube, and a handgrip assembly. The first tube is coupled to and extends perpendicularly from the base and is configured to be inserted into a tubular core of a roll of film wrap. The handgrip assembly is selectively couplable to an upper end of the first tube and is configured to retain the roll of film wrap on the first tube. A stretch wrap applicator includes one or more cutting members arranged to engage the stretch wrap to cut it into strips as it is dispensed from the roll. The strips are then gathered and stretched into strings that are wrapped around the object. A roller is biased toward the stretch wrap roll to ensure an even flow of stretch film from the roll and more consistent tension on the film dispensed from the roll. The roller includes a groove. A cutting member is disposed to rest in the groove such that stretch film passes over and around the roller as it is dispensed from the roll and then engages the cutting member in the grove before the stretch film separates from the roller.
