Film packing device
A film packing device for a roll of film having or not having a reel includes a handle. Two ends of the handle are provided with a coupling rod and a base, respectively. The coupling rod is provided with a quick-release unit. The base is provided with a limit unit. The quick-release unit and the limit unit are selectively mounted with a first film application unit and a second film application unit. Through the first film application unit, the film packing device can be mounted with a roll of film having a paper reel. Through the second film application unit, the film packing device can be mounted with a roll of film not having a paper reel. The film packing device can be replaced with different types of film in a simple and quick way.
Cylindrical sleeve
An assembly is disclosed. The assembly includes a cylindrical sleeve and a length of material that is wound upon itself defining a wound roll. The cylindrical sleeve includes an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface of the cylindrical sleeve defines a passage extending through the cylindrical sleeve. The length of material includes an inner surface and an outer surface. A portion of the inner surface of the length of material forms a passage extending through the wound roll. The outer surface of the cylindrical sleeve is secured to the portion of the inner surface of the length of material that forms the passage extending through the wound roll. The wound roll forms an upper axial end and a lower axial end. The wound roll is defined by a length extending between the upper axial end and the lower axial end. The cylindrical sleeve forms a distal end and a proximal end. The cylindrical sleeve is defined by a length extending between the distal end and the proximal end. The length of the cylindrical sleeve is greater than the length of the wound roll to thereby define a first portion of the length of the cylindrical sleeve that extends beyond the upper axial end of the wound roll and a second portion of the length of the cylindrical sleeve that extends beyond the lower axial end of the wound roll. Both of the first portion of the length of the cylindrical sleeve and the second portion of the length of the cylindrical sleeve is defined by a Sheffield Smoothness that is less than 350. A method is also disclosed.
HAND-HELD WRAPPING DEVICE
A manual wrapping apparatus includes: a wrap roll including wrap which is wound around an outer surface of a paper tube; a support rod which has a fixed grip portion formed at one end and on which the wrap roll is mounted at the other end portion; a first rotary grip portion that is rotatably provided on one side of an outer surface of the support bar; a first support portion that is fixed and coupled to the one side of the outer surface of the support rod; a second support portion that is detachably coupled to the one side of the outer surface of the support rod corresponding to an outer end of the wrap roll and is supported by the outer end of the wrap roll; and a second rotary grip portion that is rotatably coupled to one side of the second support portion.
HAND WRAPPER
The various aspects disclosed herein relate to a handwrapper assembly that provides a braking assembly to limit or prevent rotation of a roll of material when a pallet or skid is wrapped for shipment. The braking assembly may comprise a slidable stopper that engages one or more arms to force the one or more arms to rotate outwardly to engage the roll of material to stop rotation. The handwrapper assembly may also comprise a trigger mechanism to selectively activate the braking assembly such that the amount of friction between the roll of material and the one or more arms is adjustable.
BRAKING FILM DISPENSER WITH LOBES
A film dispenser includes a holding member, the holding including a first end including a handle, the handle including a plurality of lobes; and a second end defining a brake portion defined by a slot, the holding member defining a longitudinal axis that extends from the first end to the second end, the slot including a first portion extending in a circumferential direction across a full width of the brake portion and two opposing portions extending at an angle from the first portion.
STRETCH WRAPPING MACHINE AND METHOD OF STRETCH WRAPPING
A portable stretch wrapping machine and method of stretch wrapping is disclosed herein. The stretch wrapping machine has a base and at least three wheels extending from the base for rolling on a surface. An arm extends up from the base and a stretch wrap holder is disposed with a first side of the arm. The stretch holder is configured to hold and dispense stretch wrap from a roll of stretch wrap. A lift is disposed with the arm and is configured to lift and lower the stretch wrap holder. The portable stretch wrapping machine is configured and disposed to hold and dispense the stretch wrap and maintain a center of gravity within a perimeter of the wheels.
Film packing device capable of replacing gears
A film packing device capable of replacing gears includes a handle. Two ends of the handle are provided with a coupling rod and a base, respectively. A film application unit and a pair of rollers are pivotally connected between the coupling rod and the base. Two ends of each roller are provided with an axle gear, respectively. The outer toothed portions of the axle gears mesh with a drive gear and a reduction gear, respectively. The drive gear meshes with the reduction gear. Through the outer toothed portions of the axle gears to mesh with the drive gear and the reduction gear, the drive gear and the reduction gear can be installed easily. The drive gear and the reduction gear having different numbers of teeth on the outer toothed portions thereof are selective so as to change the gear ratio thereof to provide a different binding force for packing.
SYSTEM FOR APPLYING A WEB AROUND A CYLINDRICAL OBJECT WITH EVEN TENSION
A system for applying a web around a cylindrical object with even tension containing a core having a generally cylindrical shape and a pair of handles. Each handle has an insertion area, a collar area, and a gripping area. The collar area is sandwiched between the insertion area and the gripping area and the insertion diameter is less than the inner diameter of the core at the first end and second end. The handles and core have a means for coupling meaning that the core and the insertion area of the handles do not move independently from one another.
IMPROVED HAND-HELD HANDLE DISPENSER
A hand-held handle dispenser comprising: a main frame (12) having a handle (14), an adhesive tape roll (16) provided on a rear side of the main frame for delivering an adhesive tape, an application element (18) provided on the front side of the main frame for applying the adhesive tape onto a parcel and a cutting blade (20) for cutting the adhesive tape, and further comprising an insert strip roll cartridge (26) for storing an insert strip roll (28), transport and affixing elements (26, 30) for conveying the insert strip (24) from the cartridge to the application element and affixing it against the adhesive tape to form a handle, and a holding structure (13) supporting a system (32) for cutting the insert strip.
