A freestanding sack holder for allowing a sack to be held and filled with sand or other packing material. The freestanding sack holder includes a hollow body that has an open top, an open bottom, and a narrowing aspect between the open top and open bottom such that the open top is wider than the open bottom. The hollow body additionally includes a pair of strap apertures that enable it to be suspended between two steps of a horizontally oriented ladder and three independently resizable telescoping legs that enable it to stand upright with the open top oriented above the open bottom. By way of the inclusion of the strap apertures and the legs, the freestanding sack holder can be used to fill a sack or other receptacle while self standing or while being suspended from a horizontally oriented straight ladder.

A bag holder is capable of holding a bag in an upright position with the use of expanding arms and a unique two stage hinge and clamp mechanism, which allows the expanding arm apparatus to enter and clamp a refuse bag quickly and efficiently. A foldable stand includes four panels attached flexibly at lateral edges such that the panels can be folded in a closed configuration flat upon each other or folded into an open configuration to form a self-supporting free-standing stand.

A foldable chute deployable in a bag for placing debris into the bag may include an outer portion residing predominantly outside of the bag when the foldable chute is deployed in the bag. The foldable chute may further include an inner portion which may reside predominantly inside of the bag when deployed, may connect to the outer portion and may include a pair of retaining sides associated with the pair of support sides. A collapsible refuse bag support stand for holding upright a refuse bag, which is not attached to a push lawnmower, by including a hollow collapsible parallelepiped frame having parallelepiped upper and lower frame portions and a leg perpendicularly disposed thereto on an interior side of the frame there between. A hanger bar is disposed between the legs on the rear and front sides on the internal side. A pair of diametrically-disposed locking hinge bars is also provided for frame collapsibility. Bag clips are securable to each of the hanger bars to attach the refuse bag thereto. A pivot bolt is disposed through a frame exterior side at each corner of each of the upper and lower frame portions and an outer end of the respective hanger bar. A storage clip is engageable to an attachment pin when the parallelepiped frame is collapsed to secure the upper and lower frame portions together.

A shopping cart bagging station that couples to a shopping cart is described. The shopping cart bagging station includes a center piece, a first and a second handle arm assembly, and a shopping cart coupler assembly. The center piece includes a bag holder hook that holds at least one shopping bag. The first and the second handle arm assembly each include a handle holder arm that holds the arms of one or more shopping bag. The first and the second handle arm assemblies slidingly insert into a hollow body of the center piece and are adjustably coupled to the center piece. The shopping cart coupler assembly couples the bagging station to a shopping cart. The shopping cart bagging station can be mounted in various locations on a shopping cart, making it easy and convenient for a customer to carry and load a number of shopping bags as they shop.

Disclosed is a shopping cart bagging station that couples to a shopping cart. The shopping cart bagging station includes a center piece, a first and a second handle arm assembly, and a back plate. The center piece includes a bag holder hook that at least one shopping bag hangs from. The first and the second handle arm assembly each include a handle holder arm that an arm of the shopping bag hangs from. The back plate couples the bagging station to a shopping cart by securing a side of the shopping cart between the back plate and the center piece. The shopping cart bagging station can be mounted in various locations on a shopping cart, making it easy and convenient for a customer to carry and load a number of shopping bags as they shop.
