The first end includes a first fastener, while the second end includes a second fastener. The elongated member is movable between a deployed position and a storage position. The deployed position is defined where the first fastener and the second fastener are engaged, such that a cylindrical housing is formed. One or more openings are placed through the elongated member. Each opening is dimensioned to receive a hand through the opening.

The system can include a storage enclosure and a bin contained inside the storage enclosure, the bin configured to receive and store items deposited in the storage enclosure, wherein an inside portion of the bin is at least partially covered by a bag placed inside the bin to hold the items deposited in the storage enclosure. The system can also include a sensor configured to sense a content fullness state of the bin and a processor configured to control operations performed by the sensor. In addition, the system can include a sleeve configured to be installed over an inside portion of the bin and the bag, the sleeve at least partially restricting a movement of the bag.

The reusable bag support device includes a central panel and one or more additional panels connected via one or more spring-loaded hinges. In other examples, the reusable bag support device includes a spring-loaded wire ring compressed into a closed configuration including a plurality of overlapping coils in a ring formation. A bag attachment clamp removably attaches the device to a portion of a lip of a reusable bag. A fixture attachment is provided to secure the reusable bag support device to a bag fixture. A compression holds the reusable bag support device in a closed configuration. The compression clamp is released to expand the reusable bag support device inside the reusable bag and conforms to a variety of shapes and sizes of non-standard reusable bags.

The flexible, annular band may be locked to a fixed or variable diameter to fit the opening of common yard bags. By contracting the band, it can be placed inside the opening of the bag, expanded to the bag's diameter, and then locked to hold the bag open to receive yard debris. When the bag is full, the flexible annular band is unlocked and contracted for removal.

However, the control rod is adjustable to a second state in which the pivot point of its connection to the lid is aligned or is over center relative to the pivot point of the lid, and with respect to the closing force exerted by the control rod on the lid, such that the closing cylinder cannot close the lid until the lid is tapped forwardly slightly.
