BAG HOLDER APPARATUS AND METHOD
Bag holder apparatus including a bag support platform, a rigid, upstanding back structure and a bag retainer structure fixedly attached to the back structure, the retainer structure including an elongated bar elevated relative to an upper end of the back structure and downwardly extending elongated bag engagement members spaced from the back structure.
Bag stand
A method of forming a bag stand including the steps of: bending a first subpanel along a hinge from a flattened arrangement, the first subpanel including a plurality of side panels and a connection mechanism, each of the plurality of side panels including a left end and a right end, the hinge positioned between a first side panel of the plurality of side panels and an adjacent second side panel of the plurality of side panels; and connecting the first subpanel to a second subpanel by the connection mechanism.
Expandable adapter for a free-standing bag
Disclosed herein are adapters for use with ordinary lawn and leaf bags. In one example, a foldable, expandable, and reusable adapter is provided. The adapter includes a rectangular base unit that is designed to receive four connector pieces. The four connector pieces are made of a rigid material and may include respective vertical and horizontal creases that allow them to be folded. As such, once assembled, the adapter may be folded for storage and later expanded for use. In use, the adapter is inserted into a lawn or leaf bag and provides a larger opening for the bag as well as prevents the mouth of the bag from closing.
Infilling-material formation frame device and method of positioning civil-engineering work bag
An infilling-material formation frame device for putting infilling material into a civil-engineering work bag made of knitted fabric, the infilling-material formation frame device comprising: a frame body having a shape tapered inversely toward an upper opening thereof opened upward; and one or a plurality of overhang handle arranged so as to protrude from an outer circumferential surface of the frame body having a positioning function to position and a stepping function to step the civil-engineering work bag, wherein the one or the plurality of overhang handle has a size larger than a mesh size of the knitted fabric of the civil-engineering work bag to such an extent that the civil-engineering work bag is not hooked on the one or the plurality of overhang handle.
ADJUSTABLE GROCERY BAG HOLDER
An adjustable holder holds variously sized and shaped bags for holding purchases at a retail check-out or other goods-delivery station, to accommodate cloth or other non-uniform bags as an environmentally friendly, reusable substitute for plastic bags. The holder is adjustable in depth to closely fit the depth of the bag so that fasteners reach and hold-up and hold-open corners of the bag for maximum and reliable opening and positioning of the cloth/non-uniform bag throughout the bag-loading process. The holder may be also adjustable in width. The checker and shopper typically need not hold the bag open or even touch the bag during the bag-loading step. The full bag remains in an upright position in the holder until the checker or shopper disconnects the bag from the holder and grasps the handles of the bag to lift and carry away the filled bag.
Waste compacting bag support and protector
A shell protects a plastic or paper bag as waste is set therein and allows compacting without harm to the bag. A concentric and conical shield with a toroidal bulge or extended belt has an upper shield opening and a lower shield opening, and a securable base. The shield separates the bag from compacted waste. The base cooperates with the shield to support the bag and its contents. The bag is placed over an upturned shield, the lower opening of the shield being secured to the base at an interface. The shield with bag emplaced thereon, can then be returned right-side up to allow filling of bag. Compacted waste rests on the bottom of the bag, which may be supported by the base. When the bag has become filled with waste, the shield may be removed from within the bag, while the bulge ensures the bag remains upright.
