The center piece also includes one or more paper bag upper edge holders, where each paper bag upper edge holder grasps the upper edge of an open paper bag in order to hold the bag open and in place while items are placed in the paper bag.

The method of using the storage basket includes the following steps: (a) placing items to be stored into receiving bag through the opening positions of receiving bag; (b) lifting one or more receiving bag from receiving cylinder and pouring out or into designated positions the items stored inside receiving bag; (c) placing the aforementioned receiving bag back into receiving cylinder, with the supporting opening component of receiving bag directly resting on the bearing component, thus forming a stable storage space for receiving bag within receiving cylinder, making it easier to transport loaded receiving bag.

The bag dispenser portion holds a plurality of shopping bags, and dispenses the shopping bags one at a time as products are placed in the shopping bag. The first and the second mounting clip are coupled to the bag dispenser portion and couple the shopping cart bagging station to a shopping cart. The shopping cart bagging station can be mounted in various locations on a shopping cart, making it easy and convenient for a customer to carry and load a plurality of shopping bags as they shop.
