Strength Exercise Mechanisms
A treadmill including a frame, an exercise deck attached to the frame, and a first push-up handle attached to the frame and elevated over the exercise deck.
Strength Exercise Mechanisms
A treadmill includes a frame, an exercise deck attached to the frame, and a first handle movably attached to the frame. The first handle has a first orientation where the first handle is positioned within a region above the exercise deck and stabilized to support a user's weight during a body weight exercise, and a second orientation where the first handle is positioned away from the region above the exercise deck.
Strength Exercise Mechanisms
A body weight exercise device includes a frame, a first handle attached to the frame, a second handle attached to the frame, and a processor and memory. The memory includes programmed instructions to cause the processor to determine a characteristic associated with a performance of an exercise with the body weight exercise device.
Deployable slackline
Deployable slackline systems are disclosed which can support a slackline at a desired height and nominal tension. The disclosed systems may maintain one or more slacklines and can adjust height and tension of individual slacklines while the slacklines are in use. The disclosed slackline systems are stowable; tensioning and termination assemblies of the slackline system can each fold into a compact housing having a height substantially less than a vertical range of motion of the slackline. The disclosed slackline systems can be implemented in aquatic or non-aquatic performance environments such as on cruise ships or other hospitality settings.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CALIBRATING A MOBILE DEVICE FOR USE IN GREEN READING
Systems and methods are provided for calibration of a mobile device for green reading. Preferred embodiments include performing auto-leveling of the mobile device to accommodate for protruding features, and then placing the mobile device on a substantially flat surface. A first set of accelerometer data is collected of the mobile device and then mobile device is rotated in a preferred direction to collect a second set of accelerometer data of the mobile device. The collected first and second sets of accelerometer data are converted to pitch calibrations and roll calibrations, and averages for the pitch and roll calibrations are computed and saved on the mobile device. After the mobile device has been calibrated, it can be used to read a putting green.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CALCULATING AN OPTIMAL PUTTING LINE AND PUTTING STROKE VIA A MOBILE DEVICE
A method is provided for calculating an optimal putting line and stroke. The method includes receiving user input data at a processor, including at least a putt distance calibration, a green friction calibration and a targeted distance past the cup calibration; calculating a magnitude of break calibration, including an averaged pitch and roll calculation of the putting green; calculating a velocity calibration, including an averaged optimal initial velocity calculation of a putt, and combining the user input data, the magnitude of break calibration and the velocity calibration to create green reading data. The method also includes using the green reading data to create a user output display that includes an optimal putting line and stroke, where the optimal putting stroke includes a numerical deviation of a backswing of a golfer based at least in part on the golfer's normal backswing and the green reading data.
Method, apparatus, and system for golf product reconfiguration
A computer program is disclosed for reconfiguring a property-adjustable golf club. The program receives data input corresponding to a current configuration of an adjustable feature of the golf club, and data input corresponding to trajectory adjustment information. Based on the data input, reconfiguration information is generated, and outputted, that corresponds to one of a plurality of configurations of the adjustable feature of the golf club.
RESISTIVE EXOSKELETON CONTROL DESIGN FRAMEWORK
A resistive exoskeleton control system has a controller generating a positive resistance by shaping a closed loop integral admittance of a coupled human exoskeleton system wherein a frequency response magnitude of the integral admittance is lower than that of a natural human joint for desired frequencies of interest and generating an assistance ratio of approximately zero for the desired frequencies of interest.
Adjustable stationary fitting vehicle with simulated elevation control
An optimal bicycle frame size and configuration is determined based on operational characteristics provided by a rider when riding an adjustable stationary bicycle. An optimal motorcycle and motorcycle configuration is determined based on characteristics of the rider when riding an adjustable stationary motorcycle. A camera system can be used to collect anthropomorphic data about the rider to establish an initial positioning of the components of the adjustable vehicle. The camera system can also be used to collect real-time information about the rider's body positioning so as to cause adjustment of the positioning of the components of the adjustable vehicle.
Recommendation method based on exercise status of user and electronic device
A recommendation method based on an exercise status of a user includes an electronic device obtaining first exercise data of a user after running an exercise application. The first exercise data is used to reflect a type of exercise that is being performed by the user. The method further includes the electronic device determining a first exercise scenario corresponding to the first exercise data. The method further includes the electronic device obtaining first recommended content corresponding to the first exercise scenario. The method further includes the electronic device displaying the first recommended content in a display interface of the exercise application, or the electronic device playing the first recommended content when running the exercise application.
