Beverage bottling plant with heated information-adding equipment and information-adding equipment
A gluing arrangement for applying glue to labels in a labeling machine, which gluing arrangement has a heated roller element and one or more temperature sensors which sense the temperature of a portion of the roller element. The temperature sensors are protectively sealed against contamination and mechanical damage, such as by being sealed inside the body of the roller element. The gluing arrangement also has a heating arrangement which includes one or more induction coils for heating the roller element. The heating arrangement and/or induction coils are positioned within the roller element such that they are surrounded by either an inner or outer surface of the roller element.
Gluing system for applying glue on bottle labels
A gluing system for applying glue on products is disclosed. The gluing system includes a glue applicator configured to deposit melted glue on products, a glue container configured to contain excess melted glue discharged from the applicator and fresh melted glue, a glue delivering unit configured to deliver glue from the container to the applicator and a glue discharging unit configured to convey excess glue not used by the applicator to the container. The container is divided by a partition into a first chamber, containing the fresh melted glue, and into a second chamber containing the excess melted glue and separated from the first chamber. The partition includes a filter allowing flow of the fresh melted glue and the excess melted glue from both the first and second chambers to the delivering unit.
LABEL PRINTER WITHOUT BOTTOM PAPER
A linerless label printer having a printing module (100); a cutting module (200) and a water application module (300) are sequentially arranged so that the cutting module (200) is provided in front of the printing module (100), the water application module (300) is provided in front of the cutting module (200); the water application module (300) comprises a shell (301) for storing water, a water application piece (303) fixed on the shell (301) and capable of obtaining water in the shell (301) to maintain moisture; the water application piece (303) comprises a water application surface (304) exposed out of an upper surface of the shell (301); a label press (302) is provided above the water application surface (304) of the water application piece (303); the water application piece is a PVA water absorption sponge. The linerless label printer has the advantages of simple structure, easy installation, as well as stable water application performance.

VACUUM DRUM FOR A LABELING UNIT, AND LABELING UNIT HAVING A VACUUM DRUM OF THIS TYPE
A vacuum drum for container labeling includes vacuum holders for holding a label. Each holder has a bistable rotational switch that switches between operating positions as a result of its switch actuator interacting with stationary switches during the drum's rotation. In one operating position, a label receives glue from a glue station. In the other, the holders avoid engagement with the glue station.
LABELLING MACHINE FOR APPLYING LABELS TO CONTAINERS USING COLD GLUE
The disclosure relates to a labelling machine for applying labels onto containers using cold glue, comprising a glue supply device. The glue supply device is configured to produce the cold glue from several components, in particular at least one liquid and one solid component, so that the cold glue required for applying the labels can be produced by processing the components, in particular mixing them together.
