Label feeder for hybrid irregular component insertion robot
There is a provided a label feeder for a hybrid irregular component insertion robot, the label feeder includes: a label printer configured to print a label to be attached to a printed circuit board or an electronic component supplied from an electronic component supply unit to a hybrid irregular component insertion robot, and to enable the printed label to be published; and a label supply unit configured to take over the label being published from the label printer and supply the label to a label pickup position provided inside the hybrid irregular component insertion robot.
Labeling apparatus and discharge portion and gripping portion thereof
A labeling apparatus includes: a housing; a printing portion provided in the housing and configured to print on a plurality of labels of a label sheet being provided with an adhesive layer; a peeling portion provided in the housing and configured to peel the label printed by the printing portion from the elongated mount; a discharge portion provided in the housing and having a discharge port for discharging the label peeled by the peeling portion, the discharge port being arranged at an end portion that is away from the housing; and a gripping portion provided on a side of the housing different from the discharge portion and configured to allow a user to grip with one hand, wherein the discharge portion includes a holder configured to hold the label peeled by the peeling portion before the label is discharged from the discharge port.
Apparatus and method for testing liner and label separation
An apparatus for testing label-liner separation is provided. The apparatus comprises a roller, a plurality of replaceable printer peel bars, and a weight. Each peel bar associated with its own unique radius for its disengage edge. A label-liner web is fed under the roller and up to a given peel bar of a given radius over the corresponding disengage edge. A string is attached on one end to a liner portion of the web and the weight is attached to the other end of the string with the weight freely hanging unsupported under the liner portion. A label portion of the web is pulled over the disengage edge to determine whether the label portion separates from the liner portion of the web during the pulling. If no separation occurs a different peel bar with a different radius is selected and tried. This repeats until separation is achieved.
