Container and method for producing a container
The invention relates to a container for receiving contents, in particular liquid foods, having a tubular main body and having at least one molded fiber part connected to the main body, and to a method for producing such a container. For the container to be suitable for being aseptically filled with liquid or paste-like foods, the inner face of the at least one molded fiber part is coated to be gas and liquid tight. The container is produced as follows: pressing at least one molded fiber part from pulp, coating the inner face(s) of the molded fiber part or parts, providing the tubular main body, connecting the main body to the (first) molded fiber part for generating a container that is open on one side, filling the container through the open side, and closing the container by folding or by joining to the (further) molded fiber part.
A CUP, A BLANK FOR A CUP AND A METHOD OF FORMING A CUP
Cup and blanks for cups. The cups comprising: a base; a wall extending from the base to a rim of the cup; and a lid arrangement including a flap extending from the rim and foldable inwards about a fold line coincident with at least part of the rim, to form at least part of a lid of the cup, wherein a part of the flap defines a spout portion extending from the rim and separable from the flap along an edge of the spout portion, and wherein a further part of the flap defines an aperture enlargement portion extending from the edge of the spout portion and separable from the flap and the spout portion along at least a part of an edge of the aperture enlargement portion.

Folded-sheet container
A folded-sheet container includes a bottom in a center portion of a sheet, side walls adjacent to the bottom, first and second folding lines from a periphery of the bottom toward a periphery of the sheet, a dart portion formed by folding back the sheet along the first folding line, a flap in an end portion opposing the bottom of the side wall and configured to be folded back, and an insertion piece in the flap. The dart portion is folded back along the second folding line to be overlaid on the side wall, the flap is folded back to sandwich the dart portion between the side wall and the flap, the insertion piece in the flap is folded back to be inserted into the dart portion, and the opposing two side walls as one pair are both curved to outwardly project in a radial direction in a plan view.
